C1 and C2 are genius twin sisters whose mom is always busy. Always working. C1 and C2 decide to work on a time machine so they can go back in time and get to know their mother when she was their age. Perhaps if she had friends when she was younger, she would have learned to save time for the people in her life. Or if C1 and C2 learn more about their mother, they could be more interesting for her.
C1 and C2 succeed in building the worlds first time machine! However... the time machine crashes. C1 and C2 undergo amnesia and gang new memories in their mothers timeline. They do befriend their Mom. But they forget where they came from. By the time the Amnesia wears off, C1 and C2's mother announces that she is pregnant. C1 and C2 have nine months or less to find, rebuild, and reprogram the time machine. Because if they are in a timeline where they already exist, they'll get wiped out of existence. But if they abondon their new lives, (maybe boyfriends), and mother in her times of need, will they end up being the cost of the very thing they went back in time to fix? -

Should we start a week before they complete the time machine, when they complete the time machine, after the crash, or when they meet the mom?
