Kate blushed. "Yeah..." She replied. "So you were jealous?" Brian asked. "Maybe..." Kate replied, turning away. Brian raised an eyebrow and walked in front of her. Kate blushed and stepped back a bit. "Well. It's a good thing we got that worked out then." Brian replied, smirking as he studied her. "Yeah..." Kate replied, tucking her hair behind her ears.

Persephone smiled as she watched with glee.

Brian smirked as he studied her. She was clearly nervous and a little flustered. Her cheeks were tinted pink and her hands trembled slightly. Her eyes were trying to look at him but instead looked more at his feet. Kate blushed wildly as Brian walked closer to her.

Persephone's mind went crazy with thoughts of yelling at Brian to kiss her.

Kate felt her heart beat as Brian leaned over her with a smirk. She looked into his eyes, blushing wildly as her breathing went funny. "Well then, see you later." Brian whispered in her ear with a smirk. She slowly walked back, smirked at how flustered she was, and walked away. "Uh... Bye." Kate replied, blushing wildly as her knees trembled. That... Was a close one... she thought as she fell onto her knees.

Kate heard Persephone and saw her hiding. She blushed in embarrassment as she heard her heart pound in her ears. When she finally regained her voice, she frowned. "Y-you... You were spying on me?" Kate asked, pushing herself up.

Persephone came out and said "Yeah, I wanted to see how things went between you two."

"Well... Pretty good." Kate replied. She couldn't help but grin foolishly as she sat at the picnic table. "I think he likes me." She sang, looking up at the sky.

Persephone said "Yes, but he didn't kiss you. That's what I was hoping for."

Kate blushed. "We just met though." She told Persephone. "I think he just thought it was fun to watch me be all flustered... So he made me think he was going to kiss me..." She added, feeling a tiny bit foolis.

Persephone said "Yeah, but still if he likes you then I'm sure everything will go well."

Kate smiled. "Of course... I'll still have to keep you a secret." Kate told Persephone.
