(Sure :3)
Jarrod pulled out Sarah's seat for her and smiled as she sat down. This place was nice, just like Sarah, except Sarah was one hundred times better than anything. A waiter walked by their table and stood there, waiting to take the order. -
Sarah smiled as she sat down and checked the menu. She ordered an iced tea for her drink as she read the menu.
-
Jarrod looked at Sarah and ordered some iced water. He looked over at her and smiled slightly, then looked at the menu. "I'll have some salmon with lemon juice." he said, handing the waiter the menu.
-
Sarah ordered pasta with alfredo sauce. When the waiter left Sarah smiled and tucked her hair behind her ears. So... What was your family like Jarrod?" Sarah asked as a waitress brought them their drinks.
-
Jarrod looked at her, then took a sip of the water. Not many people asked about his parents. He honestly had started to forget about them, but when Sarah asked, memories flooded through his mind. "My parents were nice. They were caring. You know, the average run-of-the-mill parents. They gave me up to the head-quarters when I was ten." he said, taking a deep breath. "I haven't saw them since, but they do send word through the boss. It's just not the same though." the waiter brought the food to the table and he smiled. "Thank you."
-
Sarah thanked the waiter then turned back to Jarrod. "I'm sorry." She apologized, surprised that his parents abandoned him.
-
Jarrod smiled and shook his head. "It's fine. I've learned to live without them so I guess I don't need them anymore." he said, trying to keep the conversation as light-hearted as possible. He looked at the food that was now sitting in front of him. "Wow, this looks delicious." He cut a piece of the salmon and ate it, nodding in approval.
-
Sarry smiled and ate her pasta. She wasn't sure how to continue the conversation. But she added to it once her mouth was empty. "My mother died when I was thirteen." Sarah told Jarrod. "That's when I started making... living dolls... I'm carrying on her passion." She added.
-
"Its nice that you are doing that." he said with a smile. "But can I ask you a question?" He looked at her, rubbing Hus palms on the thigh of his jeans.
-
"Sure." Sarah replied, taking a sip of her iced tea.

( *his I can't spell xD)
"Where did your dark energy cone from?" he said, looking at her intently. "And was both if your parents gifted with it?" He was nervous that these two questions were a bit personal, but he felt the need to ask them. -
"I don't understand what you mean by dark energy. And my father taught me magic. My mother was only magical with passion and love. I got my magical gifts from my father." Sarah replied, putting her drink down. She understood that the magic she used on the dolls was dark magic. And her father told her not to use dark magic. However, she didn't care. She was going to avenge her mother... Once she got the hang of using magic.
-
Jarrod looked at her. "Magic." he said, looking at her. "At headquarters they tell us to say energy." He looked at her, taking another bite out of his food. He was nervous, that even then he had somehow stepped over the line.
-
"Why do I use dark magic? That's the only way I can make my dolls alive." Sarah told him as she ate her food.
-
Jarrod looked at her, trying to wrap his mind around the though as he finished his food and the waiter came by with the bill. He looked at Sarah and grinned. "Before we go, would you like some dessert?"
