"Ok. See you then." Sarah replied with a smile as she packed up her sewing equipment and ink. She closed up her office and washed her hands before leaving the lab. Once she got home, she picked out a bright blue dress shirt, lavender leggings, and a puffy black skirt. She folded them up and placed them on the bathroom shelf as she got ready for a shower.

(Sorry, responding to other RP's and Soaps and trying to nail a British accent :3)
Jarrod looked back at her, then started to sprint off toward the head-quarters. He smiled as he reached the looming building and he stepped inside, the cold air hitting him and chilling him to the bone. He walked down the main hall and stepped onto an elevator that would take him to the section where his room is. The elevator stopped and the doors opened so Jarrod could step you. He walked briskly toward his room, switching his clothes, knowing he wouldn't have time for a shower. He put on a crisp black suit, and some cologne. -
(Ok. I've been there.)
After Sarah was done in the shower, she put her clothes on. She then pulled on brown dress boots as she checked the time. "7:30. I have time." She whispered as she pulled on a matching brown jacket and dried her hair with a hair dryer. Once her hair was dry she grabbed her purse and texted Jarrod.
Sarah: Where do you want to meet? -
Jarrod heard his phone buzz as he was putting on his tie. He quickly finished up and looked at the phone screen. Sarah had texted him and a smiled crossed his face.
Jarrod: How about we meet by your place, and we go somewhere from there?
He stuck the phone in his pocket and adjusted his suit once more and walked out toward the elevator, getting on and pressing the button to the ground floor. -
Sarah: Okay.
Sarah stood on her front porch. She listened to the wind chimes and stared at the stars. -
Jarrod heard the elevator door open with a loud 'ding' and he stepped off into the main lobby. He looked at the and took in a deep breathe. He was finally going on a date with Sarah. His heart raced as he shook his head and looked at his watch. He walked out of the door and headed down the street, his pace quickening slightly. A couple of moments later, he was standing in front of Sarah's house with a grin etched on his face. She looked stunning, breath-taking was more like it. He walked up to her, pulling the rose he had placed in his suit packet, and handed it to her.
-
Sarah blushed and held her hands behind her back as Jarrod arrived. She gasped when he pulled out the rose and her cheeks glowed pink as she took it. "Thankyou." She cheered, putting it in her jacket pocket so he flower rested on her chest. "Where should we have dinner?" Sarah asked, walking down her front steps.
-
Jarrod followed behind her, smiling. "I have a place in mind." he said, stepping up beside her and softly grabbing her hand to hold it. "I think it's a place you will enjoy." His eyes lighted up with happiness as he walked farther away from his head-quarters. He was going to take her to one of the nicest restaurants in town.
-
Sarah smiled and blushed as he held her hand. She held it proudly as they walked under the starry night. "My mom used to make dolls for her toy store. You know... Normal dolls. Not my clone like ones." Sarah told him. "She was really good at her job. She was very passionate about it and taught me everything she knew." Sarah told him, smiling as she remembered her mother.
-
Jarrod looked at her and nodded. "Tell me more." he said, keenly interested in hearing about Sarah's past. He only knew what the head-quarters informed him about, and nothing more. He walked onward, feeling the gravel beneath his shoes and smiled. It seemed like forever since he had actually gone a walk, even longer since he had walked with anyone else.
-
"Well, My father was a wizard. He taught me all about magic. He told me that he fell in love with my mother because of all the spells he knew, she had the greatest magic. A bright passionate heart." Sarah continued. "He visited my mother's toy store one day. And he saw her carving a wooden figurine. My father says that the moment he saw that passion in her eyes he was in love with her." Sarah told Jarrod. Even though she smiled, she had a bit of a sad look in her eyes.
-
Jarrod looked at her, embracing her in a quick hug. He didn't want to see her sad. "Your mother and father sound like nice people." he said, looking around and the buildings around him. He could tell this was a nice part of town, but he grinned because tonight Sarah deserved the best. He loosened his embrace on her and walked up toward the restaurant. The lights were broken, so the name was forgotten, but it still was the best. He walked inside and saw so many people that looked fancy and nice. "Here we are." he said, smiling happily.
-
"Wow! It's lovely!" She cheered, taking off her jacket and holding it. She took the rose and put it in her shirt pocket the same way as a waitress took them to their table.
