Name- Toshiro Hitsugaya
Age- 27(appears to be 10)
Godly Parent- Akatosh
Powers- Control over ice/water, can become a dragon, slight control over time(can slow/speed up time). Has a lower body temperature then a normal person(usually staying at around 15 degrees farinhight)
Weakness- after changing from his dragon form to his human form he will be disoriented for several minuets(sometimes will become violent and attack allys), and his time control power has a nasty backlash. After time returns to normal he will experience pain for several seconds(depending on how long time was slowed/sped up this backlash can manifest as physical wounds) and he will get sick if his body tempiture gets to high(anything higher then 50 can kill him)

Personality- has a 'stick up his ass' attitude most of the time but is very protective of the few friends he has. Can be teasing to his friends and is easily annoyed by anything/anyone that is childish/rude. He doesnt like being called short/a child and can be easily bribed with watermelon -
