Hendrina wiped her tears, her lips curving. ''Thank you..'' Hendrina muffled, her head down. ''I talked with Chelsea and Alexander,'' Hendrina whispered, her thumb against her lips. ''Both conversations went horribly wrong.'' She could feel tears forming at the thought of the two. Despite the need to cry, she wiped away the tears refusing to do so any longer.

"Alexander?"Zack said,his tone low as he scowled in anger,thinking of what he had did to her.He understood why her and Chelsea's conversation went wrong but with Alexander?,now that had set him off.Zack held her close and ran his fingers through her hair, doing his best to comfort and sooth her.

Hendrina bit down on her bottom lip, ''He kissed me..'' Hendrina croaked out, her throat sore from her sobs. ''It wasn't the kiss that made me like this,'' Hendrina said, indicating her current form. Her tousled and sticking to her cheeks from her tears, makeup running down her cheeks, a line of tears from her chin, to her neck ending by the hem of her dress. ''He said to be careful, what's that supposed to me? Zack, I-I don't know what to do...'' She said, her voice cracking at the thought. Her heart strained at the thought of her dying or her mother, or father. The thought of death frightened her, and she could recall all the terror in the eyes of people she killed.

Zack frowned and then buried his face into her neck."I understand..I-I just don't know...what to say....so many thoughts going through my head..."He mumbled into her neck"I want to help you but....I just don't know how.."

She sniffled, taking in Zack's sweet scent. ''I just want to go to bed...shall we go?'' Hebdrina whispered, her hand clasping to his. Hendrina wanted to use it for some support, to remind herself she had someone along her side. Taking a deep breath, Hendrina glanced to see the moon high in the sky, shadows settling overhead. She relaxed in the new founded darkness, feeling safe.

Standing, Hendrina smiled at the prince. She began walking, slow and sluggish, feeling pain weigh on her back. Her eyes down casted, Hendrina watched her feet walk in a pattern. The often mumbles about the curfew and heading to their room were announced by the guards as they passed. The walk felt like miles away, until her eyes settled on the stairs. Her heart sank to the floor at the steps. Ignoring her pain, she took her first step on the staircase.

Zack frowned in concern"I can carry you if you want."

Hendrina blushed at his comment, shaking her head. ''N-No need, I'll be fine, I'm just a bit tired after all. It's just a couple of stairs, and even so, I'm on a higher level than you are. It'll just be a bother,'' Hendrina mentioned, continuing up the stairs, her fingers twiddling with one another.

"I can handle it."Zack said as he followed her.

''I'm sure you can,'' Hendrina said, remaining on the landing she gazed at him. Her eyes traveled down the hall, catching a glimpse of Alexander with Elliott both speaking amongst themselves. ''Alright since you insist,'' Hendrina mumbled, hands clinging to her dress. Her cheeks were dusted in pink as she eyed the floor, embarrassment clear in her eyes.

Zack then gently picked her up and carried her.

Hendrina cleared her throat, her arms wrapping around his neck to keep herself from collapsing to the floor. ''I should be on the level with the beautiful red carpet,'' Hendrina mentioned, eyes closed with her heart pounding. Swallowing down the lump in her throat, Hendrina kept her face turned to his chest, fingers messing with his collar.

Zack nodded his head and looked around before seeing the red carpet and walks towards it,humming a soothing tune.

Hendrina listened to the tune, turning to look around the hall Hendrina tapped on his chest. ''This is my stop,'' She said, looking at the well-designed door. ''Thank you,'' Hendrina mumbled, her cheeks warm. ''Thank you for carrying me,'' she said at last, her arms loosening there grip. ''I'll see you tomorrow night, I'll be busy throughout the day. Hopefully your surprise will be worth the wait,'' she said, kissing him on the cheek, gently.
