The silence of the halls seemed to ache away at Hendrina's heart and soul. Fidgeting within her place as it felt odd to her. The weird feeling of loneliness caused nothing more but a worsened heart ache. ''Its so quiet.'' Hendrina breathed as she feared of destroying such a peace. The maiden turned down a path, her eyes meeting the ones of a gold. With those golden eyes capturing her within a stare, she smiled to the one who owned that sweet smile. Good morning, Mrs. Phoebe Nether. Hendrina hummed as the woman bowed before her, her mid-length locks framing her features as she bowed. Good morning to you, princess. I heard you need a ride to town. How will you like to plan, your day? I will do all if it satisfies you. Mrs. Philip hummed, her stance straightening as she could see the happiness shining in her eyes. Ah, exactly what I wanted to speak about. Please, we only have a short amount of time before the departure to town. I have a few pre-planned arrangements within my room. Then we shall discuss them in your office. Is that fine with you? Hendrina murmured, twirling her dark violet locks with her index finger out of the pure boredom she felt. With a nod, the heels of the two-woman clicked against the marble floor. The chatter of the duo filled the halls, awakening the guards from their drowsiness. The small talk could only last so long as Hendrina felt fine within this haven the two made for themselves.

Zack soon arrived at his room as he opened the door and walked in before he closed it.He looked around in his drawers before he found a green tail coat and sets it aside and then looked up when he heard his door open."Hello Sire.I'll find you some clothes that fit your tail coat"Derek said before he started to look for clothes that will fit Prince Zack's style. He then pulled out a light green and white collared shirt and sets it beside the tail coat neatly.

''Princess,'' Hummed Mrs. Phoebe called as the princess beside her lifted her gaze from the marvelous marble flooring. ''Yes, Phoebe?'' Hendrina questioned with a smile gracing her lips. ''Are you sure? Do you wish to go to town with the elven folk? Im fine with the other species of planet Earth but,'' Mrs. Phoebe held her tongue. ''Much like my husband and other fellow witches, they dont quite like the elven people. Seeking a peace is quite troubling.'' The woman continued, her words true. The witch community is rather fearsome. The streets were filled and decorated in the blood of witches. The witches' sins tainted the grounds of the earth. Hendrina took a deep breath as she sighed. ''It'll be fine, I'm the princess of this kingdom. My people fear me. Just because of those who I have killed.'' Hendrina hummed, a tap of her heels caused Mrs. Phoebe to fidget within her place. ''I see but, still, Hendrina I request you have more guards with you for this outing. Who knows how close we could be with a civil war.'' Mrs. Phoebe stated, her polished nails digging into her palm. ''Do not fear, I'll protect whomever I must,'' Hendrina stated as the two continued forth with their chatter down the halls.

Derek soon pulled out gold and silver pants and places it on the bed as he smiled"There's your clothes,Sire".Zack nodded a thanks to Derek and took his clothes before going into the bathroom, closing the door behind him.Derek sighed as he started to look for some clothes for himself.

The marble floor continued to click with the force of the womans heels. With the sounds of their heels and their quiet breathing seemed to be quite unimportant to the princess. Hendrina's mind was full of heavy thoughts of Hirias citizens and the Elven Kingdom silencing the noises around her being. Witches of Hiria had a hatred to those who weren't human. With glances to the guards standing at their post with their blank expressions, Hendrina could only feel a sense of safety. The guards' armor glistened in the light of the morning sun. The brows of the guards were coated in sweat as the heat and armor couldn't do any good in cooling themselves. Hirias royal bloodline has been frowned upon due to their great powers and high authority as no witch and elf should hold such power. With a sigh, Hendrina could always within her mind remember the bad blood of the human's meddling with her thoughts. ''Well, if we're close to civil war, Phoebe I'll have the people know what the royal bloodline is capable of. We haven't killed witches in ages, let alone elves. The high-class ranking witches are prepared for such actions if civil war were to begin. The royal family and the citizens of Hiria have agreed to hold upon our feud until we manage to take over the Elven kingdom. I can see why my mother held such a deal with the elves. We can easily take over all of Earth and kill everyone. Though, I must marry someone who...I...'' Hendrina paused as she reflected her relations with the Prince. What was their relationship? The Elven Prince and Hendrina knew each other well enough to be classified as acquaintances but, not well enough to be called lovers. ''Love or not. Within the end, Hiria and the Elven Kingdom will fall.'' Hendrina hummed as Phoebe listened contently. A small smile reached the lips of Phoebe. The sounds of death and screams of agony were not something she stood for but, listening to the princess speak about such a cause she believes in well that made her heart melt.

Derek found himself some clothes that were slightly similar to Prince Zack's clothing except the coloring was different. His clothes were green and gold with a touch of silver on them and puts them on.He soon got dressed as he straighten his silver bowtie and heard Prince Zack come out of the bathroom as he smiled"Ready to go Prince Zack?". Zack nodded his head and smiled slightly before he walked out the door with Derek and heads to the gardens.
-
''Well, Phoebe, please wait for us at the front of the castle. Make sure to have extra guards with you and tell the guards to be on high alert. We can't have anything happen to the Prince.'' Hendrina commanded. With a silent salute from Phoebe, her heels echoed into the opposite direction of the princess. The silence filled the halls as Hendrina could see the doors that led to the garden. Hendrina took a deep breath of reassurance as she approached the door. Large doors were pulled open by the guards at the garden post. ''Hello Prince Zack, Mr. Derek,'' The princess called. A smile reached her lips, her cheeks dusted in pink as the princess smoothed out the wrinkles on her dress. ''You both look quite handsome.'' She mused.
-
Derek smiled and nodded his head."Greetings Princess Hendrina and appreciate the compliment"He mused and chuckled.Zack smiled and nodded his head"And you look beautiful in your dress"
-
''T-Thank you.'' Hendrina stammered, her cheeks tinting pink. ''This trip is to be over within an hour or two. We must leave immediately. Our driver will be a woman named Mrs. Phoebe. Prince Zack and Mr. Derek if you do have any questions whatsoever please ask Mrs. Phoebe or me. She's quite the traveler within Kingdom Hiria.'' Hendrina stated her thoughts still clouding her mind. Hendrina's mind recalled the unsettling memories of visiting villages who rebelled against the Hiria's beliefs. These rebels of Hiria were executed. Hendrinas memories were full of the bodies of young and elder witches.Their burnt flesh was always thick within the air followed by the smell of rotting homes. The rebels' remains were there to stay as a constant reminder to fear those with authority. The princess knew those haunting memories tended to keep her up late at night always tending to question her sanity. Eventually, over time she learned the belief of the humans' blood that tainted her. She accepted the humans' blood with her well-being. The bloodshed was forced to a stop with the sudden arrangement between Hiria's royal bloodline and the citizens.
With a clap of her sweating hands, Hendrina cleared her throat. ''Please follow me.'' She instructed. The garden paths were of a cement pavement. The pavement had carvings that told the stories of the royal bloodline. It was almost said to be prophecy, and Hendrina refused to believe so. The story told was always said to be either prophecy or a fairy tale. The ancient story that was always told will forever be boring to the princess.
Flowers of all types grew near these garden paths, allowing beauty to settle upon the once decaying garden. Guards and royal staff members adored the new garden. The caretaker of the garden was Mr. Charles Lee. He was a balding old man with a youthful, caring spirit. With a clouded mind, Hendrina ran her fingertip over the smooth surface of her polished fingernail. Within her sight, the large golden trimmed carriage came to be. Holding the reins to the horses sat Phoebe with her adoring purple colored hat with a raven feather attached. The carriage was a beautiful purple color trimmed in black and gold. Golden carvings of the ancient witches were decorated the sides of the carriage. The doors of the carriage had a small mixture of black and gold. The black decor was seen to be representing the witches and elves. With the golden decor represented the humans that were to be returning to Earth. Great black colored wheels finished the carriage's style. Upon closer inspection blood of fallen foes could be seen. The memory of the brutally killed witches filled the princess' mind upon seeing the dried blood. ''Phoebe, when we return please have the carriage cleaned,'' Hendrina commanded. With the assistance of Phoebe's husband, Lucifer she settled herself within the carriage. Her hands glided itself over the purple laced curtains as she held her breath, the town spotted within the distance. -
Derek seemed to not have any questions for Mrs.Phoebe or Princess Hendrina as he allows Prince Zack get into the carriage first before getting in,once Prince Zack had gotten settled in.
-
Many footsteps were heard before the movement of the carriage. Wheels of the carriage ran smoothly on the dirt roads. Horses' hooves rang in Hendrina's ears as she sat straight, head facing the window. Gripping the lace curtains, Hendrina with a swift movement pulled them to the side giving her a view of the guards ahead. The town's landscape was in sight, the cloud of smokes from chimneys was clear in the skies. From her distance, Hendrina could see the various witches. The witches sold their many goods to other citizens in exchange for Hiria common currency. With pressing her plump lips together, Hendrina let the curtain fall. Resting her head back and closing her eyes to relax she could hear the faint sound of her heartbeat. The sound continued in her ears and the pace of it was rather soothing, to say the least. Her heartbeat and slow breathing calmed her thoughts.
-
Zack started to hum to the beat of the Horse's hooves as he closed his eyes and relaxed.Derek listened as he smiled, closing his eyes as he lets his body relax to the humming.
-
The rays of the morning sun seemed through the window coming down on her porcelain skin. Feeling the warmth, Hendrina let her head roll and lean against the carriage's wall. Her eyes opening, she spotted the two men within the carriage. They both seemed well relaxed in her eyes. A lingering question loomed over her head as she stared contently at the prince. Her thoughts ran wild as she analyzed his features. What was their current relationship? If a civil war were to appear within the Hiria Empire, will his people aid Hiria's royal family because of his presence within the country or will they be doing such a thing because of their possible treaty? Yet another question filled her thought. Hendrina's face scrunched into a confused, rather hurt expression. What if she were to fall in love with the prince but, after learning her secrets he'll hate her forever? The question continued to run wild in her pretty, little head. ''Nonsense.'' Hendrina groaned under her breath at the foolish questions. Turning her gaze, Hendrina curled her fingers to admire her maroon polished nails.

Zack opened his eyes as he looked over at Princess Hendrina with a concerned expression."Are you Alright,Princess Hendrina? It seems that you're bothered about something.."He asked, the tone in his voice was calm and soft.Derek kept his eyes closed back heard Prince Zack talking to Princess Hendrina.
