Rachel nodded and shifted her back pack nerously and jogged upstairs and chose the medium sized bedroom as her own ,.

Her mother answered the door and accepted a gift from the new neighbors. She ignored the first of the handsome, single man from next door as she watered the garden with the new watering can from the other next door neighbors. A sweet lesbian couple with adopted twin daughters.

Rachel sat on the floor and started sketching (TS to Highschool?)

"Rachel! It's time to start your first day of school!" Her mom called two days later while getting ready for a job interview. She was a stripper and waitress at a bar when they lived in New York. But with her new life she wanted to switch to a job that was a dream of hers in her college years. A baker.
She loved designing cakes and was really good at it. But she had lost the passion for it when her husband died. But now that the passion she used to cover up her tragedy was gone... She would have to wake up from this nightmare and resume her dreams. -
Rachel groaned and said"Getting up!" and got up , slipping on a pair of doodled on jeans,and a white t-shirt with paint splatters all over it,making it look like a rainbow,it said in magic marker'YOu have to know the rules to break them' Rachel had written on it.She put on her tye dyed tennis shoes,and put a sketch pad,pencils,and notebook and pencil pouch in her bag along with a drawing book , she picked up her white back pack,which was now space colored,with purples,blacks,blues and pinks all over it,along with green and red of course,she went down stairs after brushing her frizzy red hair and said"Goodmorning mom!"

"Good morning honey." Her mother greeted, dressing up in a white blouse with a blue skirt, black leggings, and blue vest. She pulled on dressy boots as she served her daughter some pancakes. "I love your outfit!" She cheered as she put on earrings. She decided to put her wedding ring back on and keep it on since she was done with her dating life and decided to stay married to her husband and their child.

Rachel tilted her head at the wedding ring,her father was gone , but she shrugged"Thanks Mom,yours too" she said sitting down and eating the pancakes,turning on the now set TV on , and turning on the news to watch , tapping her fingers nervous for the first day of school

"Thanks! Do you remember where I put my purse?" Her mom asked. They had just began to unpack yesterday. So it would take awhile to get everything in its place.

Meanwhile, Kevin was brushing his teeth and dressing up in a nice outfit. There was a new girl coming to his school today, he remembered as he brushed his hair. And he loved meeting new people. He liked making good first impressions because he believed it was better to have friends than enemies.

(OK)Rachel thought for a moment and said"THe side table by the door I think" she said as she finished he pancakes and brushed her teeth and said"I'm ready!"

"Okay! Have fun darling!" Her mother cheered, grabbing her purse.
