Jack's phone rang and he answered it. He said "Hi Amelia."

"Hey" she said back,praying he wouldn't ask about what happened

Jack asked "So, why did you have to leave today?"

She cursed under her breath and said"Jack,how did you think I survived on the streets?" she was beating around the bush

Jack said "Not easily."

Shhe facepalmed and said"How do you think I got food?And clothing?" she said agaoni trying to beat around the bush

Jack said "Well you could have made them or rooted through the trash or stole them. But there's no way you stole them."

She hanged up on him then,and muttered"God,he's going to hate me" and slipped in her window , looking at the paper that said she owed at least 300 dollars to a local store for what she stole

Jack said "Hello, hello." He looked at his phone and said "Must've lost signal."

Amelia had 150 in her bank so she only had to get 150 more dollars to pay she paced in her room (TS??O
