He caught her just in time "I got you Recata" he carried her back to her bed to sit down a sec

Recata sat down .

"You did great but take a rest how can you swim when you can't walk" Dan said

"I'm a damn Mermaid , I think I can swim" she whispered so the nurses and doctors wouldn't hear

Dan felt hurt he is trying to help "ill be back" he said closing the door behind him

Recata layed down then looked up . SHe saw a window . It was only a 3 storie building and they were only a quarter of a mile to the beach. She climbed out and walked slowly on the edge

He went outside for fresh air he looked at the ocean "a hospital is no place for a mermaid' he thought to himself and sat on a bench to cool down. The nurse walked in to find Recata gone "omg where did she go, did she leave already?"

Recata was on the edge right above dan and she almost slipped and yelled something in mermaid

Dan looked up and saw Recata "OMG what are you doing!?" He ran up to her room

Recata saw a ladder and slowly went down now on the 2nd floor

He made it to her floor and entered her room it was empty'they thought she left' Dan thought annoyed as he looked out the window she wasn't there. 'Omg she died or fell' Dan ran to the first floor

Recata slipped and she was holding on by her arm . She yelled something in merman/mermaid that Dan could hear"Help!!'

He went outside "Recata fall and ill catch you" he told her

Recata was slipping fast but she pulled herself up . She sat on the ledge and just sat there for a second then climbed down to the ground and ran towards the beach in her hospital gown
