Archaios looked over at Olivia "um...actually there are some vulpix that are ice types, but they only live in Alola so most people dont know about them" he said shyly

"Oh?" Roxanne looked to the girl who sat next to her. Someone was talking to her? The way Lily jumped in surprise told Roxanne that someone was definitely talking to her. "Hello." She waved with one hand, the other still on Lily, who was now turned at the other girl. Said other girl was smiling at her. A little weird, but not completely creepy. However, it did tell her that the other girl wasnt going to leave anytime soon. Her choice of clothing sure was warm, to say the least. She said she was from a place called Snowpoint, that probably explained it. "Who're you?" Roxanne decided to ask. Might as well make small, she reasoned, it was going to be a long flight, and thisll shave some time off.

Alyona gave a small chuckle at the Water pokemons small jump. "My name is Alyona, friend. I am also known as Alyona the strong, the prodigy of Snowpoint, and future pokemon master!" Her smile then proceeded to turn into a confident grin, her face beaming with confidence. Alyona was Snowpoints strongest trainer, even giving the gym leader, Candice, a run for her money. She was seen as a prodigy by many scouts and was hand picked to represent the Sinnoh region in the 'Conquest for Kanto' campaign Sinnoh was raving about.
Alyona held out her hand to the stranger. "And whom are you, pretty girl?" she asked, lowering her eye lids slightly. -
Dustin said "Yeah, listen to that guy. It's the same with the Marowak on my shirt." He turned to the other guy and said "What's your name by the way?"

Olivia ignored everybody and wrote in her journal. She hoped they would arrive soon! She wondered if this guy would be just as surprised to see the Pokmon in her region. She shook the thought out of her head and laughed. "So I'm guessing Raichu is rock type in your region?" She laughed.

Archaios smiled shyly and Pharaoh jumped out of his lap "Im archaios" he said before looking at Olivia and tilting his head as he thaught "no, i think its actually a electric Psychic type" he said slowly

Roxanne raised a brow at friend. Alyona was sure friendly, to say the least. As soon as Roxanne heard the words pretty girl uttered from Alyonas mouth she blushed. Sure was friendly indeed. W-well, She stuttered, before gaining her cool again, My name is Roxanne, I come from Goldenrod, Johto, She said stiffly. That was wonderful, just a great first impression. If she didnt have the best poker face she could muster at the moment, she would be outwardly cringing at herself. Lily pushed her snout into Roxannes hand, and she continued speaking, Im helping a researcher with his current study. She didnt elaborate, as she felt Alyona wouldnt care much for the study in hand. So, prodigy of Snowpoint, huh? Dont guess that youre heading towards the Conquest for Kanto thing Ive been hearing all about? She finished, with much more grace than when she started.

Alyona lowered her eyebrow a little when she saw Roxanne blush, confirming that her small attempt at 'making her move' succeeded. "Ah, indeed!" She said, snappy to answer Roxannes question. "Everyone at my hometown is very excited to see me come home with title of master. Myself, I am just happy to explore other regions with my comrades. Er, my pokemon, I mean." She gave a slight chuckle in embarrassment before trying to learn more about Roxanne. "So..." she started, sounding a little confused on how to continue on the conversation. "...Research, yes? What do you do? Specifically, I mean." She rubbed the back of her head and then stared into Roxannes eyes as she listened to what she would reply with.

Dustin said "That's a nice name. And that's also correct. Raichu is Electric and Psychic. Also the Marowak on my shirt is Fire and Ghost and Exeggutor is part Dragon." He then realized something and asked Olivia "What's your name actually? I forgot to ask."

Olivia laughed. "I was using SARCASM!!! And no. Raichus an Electric type. Yes, it can fly on its tail. But that's because of its electrical powers. It's not psychic." Olivia told them. "And my name is Olivia, if you must know." She replied.

archaios sighed and gave up on trying to explain alolan pokemon to Olivia, pulling out a book to read as pharaoh walked over to dustin curiusly

Roxanne made a mental note of the other girls use of comrade. Youre interested? She asked. Well, I mostly focus on pokemon behavior, and how outside forces affect it. That was the basic rundown, anyhow. Its pretty simple, but there it is. She shrugged, and then added. Its also part of the reason Im heading to Kanto. That was all she wanted to say about herself, now how could she divert the subject back to Alyona So, youre a trainer? Mind talking about youre pokemon? Not the best attempt shes had at changing topic, but it would do.

Alyona raised her brow, very eager to talk about her own pokemon. "Oh, yes! I only have two, one given to me by the professor before I left. Pakha, my Turtwig, and Led the Sneasle. Led is my closest friend and greatest... Ehem, partner. As small child, Led would help me cut down trees for firewood or traverse the snowy mountains, scouting ahead for rough terrain." She picked up the Leds pokeball and stared at it with a warm grin on her face. "I hope Pakha will be as close to me as Led is.." She took a deep breath and sighed before putting the pokeball back up. "I wish you best of luck traveling." She finally said, holding out her hand to Roxanne in friendly competition. "You are now my friend. I wish to see you succeed." -
