lori blinked. "you alright, rosebud?" she asked as she tousled her hair.
-
"Someone broke in! He was telling me he was going to kill everyone!" Rosey sobbed. "Where is he? Did he take anything?" Rosey asked. In her mind, even though the apartment was clean and normal except the bathroom she panicked in, the whole place was a wreck in her eyes. "He broke your tv..." Rosey sighed, looking at the tv Jerry gave her that was just fine.
-
lori stroked rosey's hair. "its fine! it's totally chill, rosebud. relax." she handed her her medication.
-
Rosey could here someone whisper to her from the window. She ignored it and took the pill. Normally when she listened to the whispering at the window there was someone there telling her bad news. So she tried not to go to the window anymore.
-
"That was close..." Lindsay sighed, hugging Rosey. "Hey! You fixed the Tv." She cheered. "That was quick..." she muttered, puzzled. "Yes... Why didn't you take your medicine after dinner?" Jerry asked her. "Someone at the window warned me that the Government was using those pills to spy on me." She sighed. "But then again... That's the same person who broke in. I doubt they know what they're doing." She sighed, watching Tv with Lindsay. Jerry sighed. "One of the reasons I didn't tell you about Rosey was because I was afraid she would think you were here to attack her. At that age, since I only really talked to my family, anyone who I told about Rosey was someone there to spy on her. Luckily, she became friends with Lindsay before meeting you." He whispered to Lori.
-
-
lori looked offended.
-
"What?" Jerry asked, concerned. "I didn't talk to anyone but my family really. So anyone Rosey would see me talk to all the time was a spy in her mind. But since Lindsay was her friend first, she trust you." He sighed.
-
-
:mhmm." lori mumbled before turning and walking down the stairs.
-
Jerry sighed and followed her. "Fine. From now on I won't explain things to you." He sighed. It wasn't like Lori ever explained anything to him. Maybe she didn't have time for explanations. Oh well.
-
lori shrugged. "project." she muttered before driving off to her shop.
-
"You know, you shouldn't just run off and do a project every time someone bothers you." Jerry sighed. "Why don't you ever talk to people about your problems?" He asked.
-
"no, i mean i'm late for my project!" her mood lightened up as she showed him her schedule. it was 5 minutes past her scheduled time. "later! and.. nah." she ran off.
-
Jerry sighed, watching her drive off.
