Fifteen years ago, life as we knew it came to an end. The war between the eastern and western nations, after ten years of war, had came to a tragic end when the nukes set sail for their enemy. Millions of innocents lost their lives, plenty that survived lost loved ones and came out injured.
Though, for a few of those that happened to survive, their lives shall be forever changed. Their DNA altered as they "evolved" to another level, superhuman, some may say. Some called them a disease, others possible heroes. And that's how they came to be. Some of these 'mutants' used their new powers for good, helping people out, healing they, rebuilding the fallen. Though many used their new powers to their advantage; for personal gain, power, control, supplies, murder, and many other ways.
Now, in the year 2177, a group of the best "good" mutants have gathered under the name of:
[someone help me come up with a name? Can't think of one at the moment].
They have vowed to do their best to capture, and control the rogue mutated, in an attempt to calm the havok(?) in the world. Though with hundreds against their small group, do they stand a chance at turning the tide of the new war between the mutated superhuman?

Appearance: White skin, tall, black hoodie and jeans, fingerless skeletal gloves, black sneakers, glasses
Ability/power: Necromancy, levitation
Personality: Despite his powers and his appearance, Daniel is a very nice and friendly guy. He's also kinda smart and relaxed.
Extra: He owns a skeletal dog named Zero -

Transformation: Raava is able to change her entire physique. In her case, she can transform into either a teenage girl or a small kitten, retaining her powers in both forms. In some cases, when Raava transforms abruptly, there is a small cloud of smoke that briefly obscures her during the changing process.
Illusion: Raava is able to conjure various illusions using herself as a perimeter, taking effect after the chimes sounded from her bells are sounded. Her illusions are capable cause her victims to see an image different than the one they should be seeing. In most cases, she creates an illusion in relation to the environment she and her victim are in, which causes the latter to view a distorted version of the setting, either minimally or severely. In relation, Raava can conjure physical illusions that range from non-moving objects, such as a wall, or moving objects, such as an human. In the case of an illusion that portrays a living creature, Raava can have it so that they can have unique traits, such as voice and movement, furthermore possessing cat-related themes in most cases. She is able to maintain an illusion for extensive periods of time without it wearing down on her body, additionally across a large amount of space, such as a soccer stadium or a whole island. Raava's illusions are capable of lasting several days without stop should she do nothing that could possibly disrupt them.However, her illusions do lose their effects in various types of situations. Such situations include Raava moving out of range from her illusions, thus no longer being the core for them to take effect from, or by breaking it forcefully. Also when the people caught in the illusion slowly realize it's an illusion it starts to break and will eventually shatters the more they realize. While illusions appear not to do harm to her body it does weigh heavily on her mind. Since her illusions are completely based from her mind, that if her major weakness so if you can get into her mind/ cause a breakdown of some sorts the illusion will shatter.
Extra: Her father was a criminal and he tried to raise her that way but it didn't really work out the way he planned. -

Ability/power(invisibility, element control, super strenght, speed, flight, etc.[2 MAX]): Telekinesis; She is capable to move/toss objects with her mind to an extent. She, as she uses it more, can move heavier and heavier objects through practice.
Minor flight ability; She is capable to float in midair, but not very high up. Also, this ties into her telekinesis a little, so she can't use the two at the same time for very long.
Personality: Alison is a shy young girl, who doesn't speak but more listens. She is kind to those she knows and trusts, and doesn't like to harm people without a good cause. So if they attack her or her friends, She will not hesitate as much to attack back at them.
Extra(optional): Since she was young, she has been easily injured. So she had to be careful at all times to make sure she doesn't get hurt. Even knowing this, she wanted to help being a peace back to the world, even if it could easily end in her death.
