Congratulations and welcome to Maple Ridge High, the most prestigious school in the nation. I am pleased announce that you will be joining us this coming year!
You are becoming part of a very distinguished group of graduate students! Last year, our success rates broke records and we plan to continue the trend. Your choice to attend MRHS for your degree is perhaps the wisest choice of your professional career. You are to be congratulated on the personal and academic achievements that have brought you thus far.

Maple Ridge High School is widely recognized as one of the best schools in the nation, known for a large crop of highly talented and intellectual graduates each year. If you get accepted, you're either insanely talented, or very, very rich.
If you were to ask the students themselves, though, attending MRHS is hell. The pressure of great expectations are almost unbearable, and if they could drop out, they would.
But they can't, because MRHS is a once in a life time chance- No one who leaves becomes anything.
So, they live through it, and make the best out of it that they can.

Name: Abel Carlotta
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Sexuality: He's,,, Not sure, lol.
Physical Appearance: Abel has light blond hair, similar to the color of parchment. It's parted a little to the left and has gentle waves. (They aren't natural, by the way. He has horrendous bedhead when he wakes up and it's rather horrifying. Both Abel and Oikawa.) His eyes are a rounder shape, mocha in color. He has very feminine eyelashes, a few shades darker than his hair. His eyebrows are shaped but the right one is normally hidden by his hair.
His complexion is more on the pale side, only slightly, though. There's a thin splatter of freckles across the bridge of his nose and over his cheekbones, and a leaf-shaped birth mark on his left eyelid. His nose is just very slightly turned up, but still very manly! (Not!)
Abel is on the shorter side in comparison to the rest of his grade- Leveling out at 5'5" flat, 5'6" with his shoes.. He's well-built but not insanely muscular, just what would be expected.
Personality: Abel is, in all honesty, a spoiled brat. He doesn't know the meaning of the word no, as no one has denied him anything. Aside from his general brattiness, he's pretty outgoing and cares deeply for his friends. He wants to be a good person and he wants to honor his family.
Reason for attending: His father makes regular donations to the school, and attended himself when he was younger.

Name: Charlington "Charlie" Vey
Age: 16(And a half, as he will point out)

Physical Appearance: Charlie's one of those borderline hipster guys. No, he doesn't have the clunky, black-framed glasses. Yes, he has the flip-over hair cut, plaid button-ups, and skinny jeans, tattered with holes. He's got pretty average look. A face with a mix of sharp and soft angles, short brown hair, green eyes, and freckles spattered over the bridge of his nose and his cheeks. He's got a chipped tooth, and is pretty skinny and tall, but not enough for them to be extremely noticeable traits. He's got some pretty bad scars on his back due to a car wreck he was in as a child, and he tends to keep them covered, even while swimming.
Personality: Charlie's one of those "If I can make it funny, I'm gonna make it funny," kind of guys. He can't take anything seriously. He's not rude unless people are rude to him. He's happy go-lucky, a people person. However, on the more negative side, when he gets mad, he get really, really angry, and upset, and over reacts. Tends to throw things and cuss people out.

Name: Avalon Roads

Gender: Female
Sexuality: She doesn't know--
Physical Appearance: Avalon has strawberry blonde hair that reaches her hips, and she's very, very proud of it. It's often worn in curls or up in a high bun, braided, ect. Her eyes are on the greener side of hazel and unlike most gingers, she doesn't have a single freckle! Not even one. (On her face. Her shoulders, on the other hand, are different.) She's fairly tan. The flattest flat to have ever been flat, in way of figure. She's very aware of this fact.
Normally wears casual dresses, with leggings and belts and such.
Personality: At first glance, she seems like a stereotypical girly girl. But, honestly, Avalon loves the outdoors. She has a bug collection and she's proud of it. She's a little bit of a bragger, and she's extremely self-confident. This, obviously, has its pitfalls.

Personality: Zara can come off as very rude, she has a "I'd rather be anywhere but here" vibe about her unless you manage to entertain her or amuse her. She has a more, garage band/rocker chick feel to her but doesn't completely act like that. She is the farthest thing from a pushover and will argue till she dies she can also hold a grudge like no one's business. She's a more fun loving teenager if you bother getting close to her.

Personality: Bre is really kind and caring or well be can be when hes not a giant ball of sarcastic sass. He can usually calm and talk people down having lots of practice with his little sisterwhen she was alive
He has this burning hatred for everyone in his family, he won't let them touch him and won't even respond when someone speaks to him. He will completely shut down when someone asks about his family.
Reason for attending: His parents really pushed him to go and he decided it probably be best, not that he really had a choice

Personality: She's basically one on the many stereotypes for a rich kid. She's the kind of person begging for her parents to pay attention to her, even if it's yelling. Except they don't, they dont blink or even come home, so she does whatever she wants basically not really caring anymore. Although she doesn't really act out in school (anymore) you'd be surprised how quickly she can get into some huge trouble in other ways. She's scaractic rude, basically you average "screw the world" or "the world hates me" teenager
Reason for attending: she's rich af and her parents didn't want her in the house alone.

Physical Appearance: Kade has dyed white hair that covers his eyes, a rough cut until it drops down just past his jawline before getting past his ears. From there it's pulled back into a ponytail. (If you need something to see to know what i'm talking about, here you go. His skin is a slight pale tinge, and he has a very small mole under his eye. He stands 5"7 and has eyes naturally the shape of people professionally cosplaying as anime characters, but it's not like you can really see them. his lips are thin yet feminine, a dark red due to some lipstick he applies every morning. His skin is nice and clean, no blemishes or blackheads to be found. As for build, Kade is a little lanky, but still has a bit of muscle mass and is considered healthy.
Personality: Kade is an aspiring femboy who takes upmost pride in his appearance. Despite this, he always fears that people find him ugly or a freak for wearing makeup. He's quiet and tends to keep to himself a lot of the time. If group work is involved in an assignment, he'll probably just ask for a zero and do it on his own after school. Despite being anti-social, he craves to be loved by someone. To be touched by someone. He desires to find someone to love him and care about him for life. But for now he is alone. He is pretty smart, but he keeps this to himself as well. If someone talks to him, he'll try to conversate, but often doesn't get very far unless he's talking to someone he has his heart set on.
Reason for attending: Kade hoped that since the males would often be rich or smart that they would be attractive as well.

Physical Appearance: Katelyn has black hair that she cut short, multiple piercings, and green eyes. She often wears a black hoodie though, so you wouldn't see them. She has a skinny but strong build, and pale skin.
Personality: Katelyn never talks to anyone, and if she does it's because she is forced and she hardly says a word. She had always considered herself an outsider, and never had many friends. She is normally absorbed in her writing, and though she'll never say so, she's smart and loves to sing. She hangs out far away from anyone, sits alone, and hates being talked to. But really, she's a sweet, lovable girl who just doesn't fit in.
Reason for attending: She's a prodigy in writing and singing.
