Gray sighed. Well, she definitely wasn't being rational now. She walked back next to Frank. "What do we do now?" She asked, almost cringing as she might usually be the one to answer that question.
-
"I don't know. Are you okay?" Franklin sighed. He wouldn't admit he was scared, but he wouldn't act all tough. He felt a tap on his shoulder, and he looked up at Tori.
-
"I'm alright," Gray answered half heartedly. She glanced at Toriel, focusing her attention to her.
-
Franklin did the same, and Toriel motioned to follow her. "We have to go, we might have a chance of getting out of here." Franklin whispered to Gray.
-
Gray was reluctant to go into the unknown, but following Toriel seemed like a better option than waiting for another creature to try and eat them. Gray stayed silent and followed Toriel.
-
Toriel leaned, and whispered to Franklin. He blushed, but nodded. "We're out of food Gray" Franklin said, changing the subject.
-
Gray briefly wondered what Toriel had said to him, but decided it wasn't any of her business. "That's okay. Don't try to pretend you're starving because, in actuality, a human can survive up to three weeks without food."
-
"Frank, you can't hide it forever" Toriel warned as they reached a house.
-
Gray tilted her head confused at what Toriel said, but also at the house they arrived at.
-
"Gray, you can go and wander off. Just stay out of the basment. I'd like to talk with Frank." Toriel said, stopping.
-
Gray nodded. She walked around the house but eventually knew she wanted to check out the basement. She looked at the basement door and studied it closely.
-
Franklin joined Gray, without her even knowing it. He tapped on her shoulder before opening the door.
-
Gray just.ped the slightest bit but calmed to see it was Frank. She protested over his shoulder to see what was down there. Gray started walking forward.
-
Franklin followed, watching Gray. He sighed, but then smiled.
-
*jumped, *looked. How did auto correct make looked into protested??)
The basement was a darkish purple, as far as she could see. She looked for a light switch or a power source.
