Sparrowtail purred, his paws still on the dirt on his own side. He hadn't broken the code.

Rosesky pulled back, her heart pounding. She looked over at the pile of rocks, marked by no one. "Hey, I'll stay there for the night if you stay. I can teach you to catch fish!"

"I'll stay." Sparrowtail decided. "Do fish taste good?"

"If you're a RiverClan cat," She meowed. Her whiskers twitched. It was already Sun-fall. She yawned. "Can I go to sleep?"

"Yes, of course." Sparrowtail meowed.

Rosesky yawned and laid down on the rocks.

Sparrowtail scented the air, but couldn't smell any cat. He lay down beside Rosesky.

Rosesky woke up. She sniffed, and got up. Sparrowtail was asleep, so she licked his cheek and went back to camp. No meows meted her in greeting. -

Sparrowtail walked into the camp. He was greeted by his brother, "Where have you been!?" Sparrowtail shrugged. "Out for an early morning walk." -
Rosesky meowed silently and ate and rabbit.

Sparrowtail was thinking about Rosesky. How beautiful she was!

Roseksy felt a bump in her belly. She ignored it and ate a rabbit, mouse, and a fish.

Sparrowtail went to the prey-pile and got himself a mouse. He ate it in a sunny corner, where he was alone.

Rosesky felt another pinch in her belly. She went to see the medicine cat: "Oh, Rosesky, you're expecting kits!"
