Thornfang sniffed at the border. What a shameful, hatred line. This THING casued battles, and will many more times.
Thornfang sighed. He wondered when he would see Snowfeather again.
Sweetflower shook her pelt. Pain reeked through her bones. "Can some apprentice or cat help me with my nest? It's damp and old." -
"Fine I will," shrugged Appledusk. Because the apprentices are too lazy.
Snowfeather looked her sister in the eye, "the warrior code is a nuisance. Right?" without waiting for an answer she turned on her heel and walked off.

Thornfang flicked his ears. Appledusk was a fine warrior, always helping when apprentices were too comfortable in their nests. He gazed at his mother, wondering; who was his father?
