Al said "Is that your name?" The door then opened and he walked in with the kid.

Mia nodded slightly and followed him in.

Al took Mia into a room with 4 other adults. They all stared at Mia. One man walked up to her and said "Hi there, little girl."

Mia looked at him she tilted her head and nodded slightly. She waved one hand slightly and hid behind Al a bit more.

Al said "I found her running away from a man and a woman." He turned his attention to Mia and said "These are my friends. Meet Ash, Flex, Lonnie and my wife Dianne." Everyone said "Hello."

Mia nodded slightly trying to remember their names. "Hi." She said quietly, she looked at Al then at them, he didn't look like the kind of person to be married, he looked young to her, "But you're not toooo old." She said quietly, she looked at them again and hid a bit more embarrassed at what she said.

"I'm 25, that's old enough." said Al. Dianne came close and said "Why don't you tell us all about yourself, sweetie. We won't hurt you."

Mias eyes widened, "You're old!" She said and huffed quietly at him she yelped at the lady, "Mia..." She said quietly.

Al said "Mia, it's okay. We're all friends here and no one will hurt you. Just tell us why you were running."

Mia tilted her head slightly and nodded slightly. She reached behind her and under her sweater touched her back she flinched slightly. She hesitated for a moment and looked at Al but her gaze settled on his wife, she held out her hand showing her, her fingertips with blood on them.

Everyone gasped at the blood from her back and Dianne said "What happened to you?"

Mia tilted her head the other way, "I... Don't understand..." She said quietly and blushed a bit

Al said "What did those two do to you?"

Mia pouted slightly, "I... Um... Bleeding...? U-Uhhh..." She pouted more she couldn't think of the right words.

Al asked "It's okay, you can tell us. We will keep you safe."
