Peter nodded after a bit, and smiled back to her. "O-okay, Ray. Just don't like...upsetting people." he spoke calmly after a bit to her, truly. "I will help you though...like I said before." He said as he smiled more to her, staring to her, upright, head up.

"Thank you." Rayne smiled sweetly and perked as she heard the door to Lisa's office open and then a child's pitter patter of feet. A young girl jumped into her arms, crying. "Rayne, you can't go!" The blonde wailed.

"Welcome." Peter said, a small grin on him seeing her there. Hearing footsteps and a door open soon, he saw the person there, looking at them in silence for the first few moments. "A friend o-of yours?" he asked looking to the young girl.

Rayne nodded, kissing her head. "Tera... I have no choice... but, what have I told you?" "If I'm ever scared or lonely, sing your song." Rayne nodded and placed the barefoot girl back down

"Tera." Peter said to himself looking to the girl still, as she was put down. He soon turned back up to look to Rayne thinking about what song she was speaking of. "Yo-you have a song there?" he asked curiously.

Rayne nodded, her cheeks red. "Yeah... It's a lullaby my parents would sing me. Tera often had night terrors, so I sang her the lullaby every night. She's slept peacefully ever since." She explained, Tera hugging her legs.

Peter chuckled to himself quietly, seeing her cheeks red, smiling to her as well. "Oh..I See there. It he-helps her? G-good." he said quietly. He smiled more and more seeing Tera there, before looking back up to Rayne.

Tera tugged Rayne's shirt. "Please... sing it one last time..." She begged, making Rayne turn bright red. She sighed and turned her head in Peter's direction. "Do you mind putting your headphones back on...?" She murmured. She had a soft spot for the little girl, and that was obvious.

Peter nodded his head, knowing she would not really know or see him. "S-sure. I'll put them in." he said to her with a smile, before placing his headphones back over his ears. "They're o-on. Just..t-tap me or something when you-you're done." he started his music now, Wake Up playing through them.

Rayne closed her eyes as she began singing softly,

Tera hugged her tightly as Rayne stood, making her way to where she thought Peter was, feeling around for him. She finally managed to feel his shirt against her finger tips and smiled sweetly. -
Peter hummed quietly along to the song that was playing through his headphones, smiling standing there with his eyes closed. Soon feeling something on his a bit as he opened his eyes, seeing Rayne there. He removed his headphones as he stared to her. "H-hi." he said to her with a small grin.

Deciding to try to be funny, Rayne chirped, "Sorry. I didn't see you there." She backed away. What am I doing?! I'm letting him too close! I'm supposed to be strong!

Peter grinned a bit, as he laughed slightly to her, holding she was trying to be funny not wanting to insult or anything. "It's f-fine?" he said to her shaking his head. Keeping his eyes to her still.

"Oh Rayne~!" Lisa's voice chirped as she walked down the halls with Peter's parents. "Guess who has a family~!" She hugged Rayne tightly, startling the blind girl. Rayne awkwardly patted her back before pulling away. "Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Knight." Rayne murmured softly.

Pwywr looked over to the source of the voice that came listening to them, as a wide smile came to his face as he heard them finish, happy that she now was. "Welcome to the family, Rayne." said Shawn as he came to a stop near her, his wife beside him. "We're your parents now..right, Rayne?" asked Maria to her smiling herself.
