Snows barked happily. "The alpha male, Salazara, silly! I'm the alpha female, remember?"
Ruzu nodded. "But I really like her," he said. -

Snow smiled at her. "It's fine," Snow barked.

Ruzu shrugged as he kept his gaze on his paws.
Snow got up and looked over at the exit of the cave. "Having a mate is wonderful," she sighed. -

Snow sighed. "Maybe Ruzu will like you," she muttered.

Ashfoot curled into a ballwaitmfor her pack to come back and fell asleep

Ruzu closed his eyes and he dug up a dead deer Caracas. "It's fresh," he whispered as he opened his eyes.
