Benjamin continued doing his work in his office as he still make glances up, to look at Cordillera, his Secretary every ten minutes roughly. He flipped on his computer, and started to full out some reports and the such as he went on. His clock not working really for to him after a while. He always looked straight up for the time, now he has to lift his arm and look to his wrist for the time.. He shook his head a bit and sighed, leaning back into his chair. Maybe i could do that? She may be able to. Or have some with her, maybe. he thought to himself as he straightened up. "Cordillera! Would you happen to have any AA batteries for this Damn clock in my office?" he said loud enough for her to hear him as he waited for a reply from her.

Cordi jumped obviously in her chair when he called her, she looked over at him holding in a sigh, like him staring at her ever once in a while wasn't bad enough, now he actually needed something? She nodded slightly, "Yes, I believe I do." She said looking through her bag, she pulled out a half used package of batteries and walked to his office, "Children are often impatient, its good to keep these in you bag when your niece and nephews love shopping and cruddy toys... You probably don't care..." He paused for a moment, "Anyhow, would you like me to fix it now or just leave you the batteries?" She asked.

Benjamin sighed in relief as he heard her say she had some and waited. "Good." he said as she had came into his office. His eyes not moving away for a second once she had stepped into the office, staring at her deeply it seemed. "It's alright, I may not care. But I Don't have any, so why would I care about them?" He said when she had stopped for a bit. He glanced up to the clock and quickly back to her thinking about what to do. "Fix it Now, Cordillera. Irritates me not seeing it moving here." he said in a calm voice as he waited for her to fix it.

Cordillera chuckled quietly, "No, you wouldn't, I'm sorry sometimes I blabber about nothing. I'll um minimize it to the best of my abilities." She nodded slightly and looked at the clock, she sighed mentally, she wasn't quite sure if she could reach the clock. She was quite a short person and didn't thing the clock was up there when she offered. She made a mental note to note where the clicks were next time she walked into a room. "Y-yes, sir. I'll fix it." She said her voice slowing a bit

Benjamin nodded his head lightly as he wrote down some notes on a piece of paper. "Good. Try your best to, Cordillera, Atleast when in my office, that is." He said as he looked down and continued to write on the paper. He glanced up to her and then to the clock, doing so multiple times as he shook his head and sighed. [i]Wonder If she can even reach it?[i] he thought to himself as he looked around. He stood up and grabbed a wooden stool he had in his office and carried it over to her. "In case you can't reach it, use this. And be careful not to drop her." he said to her as he stood up, and took a step back to observe her.

Cordillera flinched slightly as he approached her, "Thanks... Sir..." She said quietly as she took the stool from his hands, she turned around and went over to under the clock and set the stool down. She stood up on the stool and took down the clock, she took off the back of the clock and took out the batteries and placed the dead ones in her mouth and put the new ones in. She set the time to the right time based off her watch and set the clock back on the wall. She took the batteries out of her mouth and came off the stool she stumbled slightly. She picked up the stool and brought it back to where it was, she put the dead batteries in the garbage and stood at the door, "Is their anything else I can do for you?" She asked standing in the doorway ready to leave.

Benjamin observed her as she changed the batteries as he stood a few feel away from her. Making mental notes to himself about her as he began back to his desk and chair, taking a seat in it as she had changed the batteries. He saw her stumble a bit, as he had sat down in his chair. And went back to his work for a bit until he heard her Speak up. "No, Cordillera. Nothing more for now." he said to her as he glanced up from his eyes to look to her for a moment to see her at the door. He looked back down and went back to working, thinking as he did so.

Cordi tilted her head slightly and then nodded, "Okay, sir." She said then walked out the doors and sat down at her desk. She stumbled slightly when she sat down, which is how she sat down. She continued on what she was doing, she glanced back at him a few times and then continued on. She spun a pan between her fingers as she typed quickly with one hand.

Benjamin looked up to her as she walked out and went to her desk through the glass Windows lookking out. He sighed and shook his head to his thoughts as he went back to working on what he was working on, typing up on his computer. He glanced up to her a few times and then he would look and atare out of the window to the outside world as he worked well on what it was. "Somethings off." he said to himself as he shook his head.

Cordi drummed the pen against the table and continued typing in the computer, she looked at Benjamin and tilted her head a bit and watched him for a moment. Then she started working again and typing in her computer and then looked back at Benjamin, "Sir, are you okay?' She asked only loud enough so he could hear her.

Benjamin sighed lightly to himself as he had went back to working when he heard her speak. He stopped doing what he was, typing, and looked up to her, and slowly nodded his head to her. "Yes, I am okay. Just doing some thinking here." He responded back to her just as loud so she could hear him. After wards, he went back to typing a bit, still glancing out the window now and then as he was.

"Oh, okay sorry to disturb then." She said growing more quiet as she went on and then turned back to the computer. She placed the pen down on her desk and started typing with that hand to.

Benjamin nodded his head to her, typing on his computer still. He glanced up to her, "It's alright Cordillerra." He said back to her as he looked back down to his computer, typing again. "I should stop thinking of that and just focus on my work. For now, anyway." he said quietly to himself.

Cordillera nodded slightly and continued working, after a while she looked at the time and sighed quietly more out if relief than anything else, "U-um sir, I was going to take my break soon, is that fine?" She asked him quietly.

Benjamin stopped working as he heard her speak up quietly to him about a break. He glancd up to the time and nodded his head. "Yes, It's fine, Cordillera. Just don't take too long." He responded where she could hear him before going back to his work before looking up again. "Come here for a bit, first." he said to her.
