Fern smiled to herself as she opened her eyes, seeing some of the school bullies, making her jump and whimper, trying to shield herself as they grabbed her wrists, reopening the cuts, causing the girl to yelp.

"it is you" he said to himself as he noticed the hat the cat was wearing. Toby walked into the park and saw some people reopening the cuts of Fern. "HEY!" he yelled at them.

They blinked and fled, leaving Fern whimpering and holding her arms to her chest. She blinked away tears and grit her teeth, trying to ccalm herself.

Toby sat down next to Fern and hugged her, so she can calm down.

Fern stiffened and her cheeks turned pink before she closed her eyes and relaxed, continuing to try to calm herself.

"you'll be okay" he whispered to Fern.

Fern managed to calm down and pulled away, tearing her shirt and wrapping her wrists tightly in attempt to stop the bleeding.... but she was a bit... dizzy...

Toby got up and scratched his head while looking at the sky and had a concerned look on his face. -

Fern's vision became blurry and white at the edges before she slumped, losing consciousness. -
Toby saw Fern slump. He ran to Fern and shaked her. He had a worried look on his face.

Fern's breathing was soft and shallow, though it was still noticeable

Toby shaked Fern again and didn't know what to do.
