Lovino stood there for a few seconds, completely taken aback by such kind words. His heart pounded. Beautiful. Antonio thought he was beautiful. A few seconds of silence more, and then he darted forward, tackling Antonio back onto the bed in a tight hug. "N-No one's ever said anything l-like that to me." he stammered, recalling a panful seventeen years of being utterly inferior to Feliciano, always second best. Never the one who got called beautiful. He held Antonio tightly, smiling uncontrollably and burying his face in the larger boy's chest to hide it. -

Antonio let out a sharp gasp when he was suddenly tackled, his hands pulling away from him face, just in time to see Lovino bury his face in his chest. "Y-you, I, I mean-" He stammered for a moment, completely caught off guard. His arms automatically went around Lovino."...no one?" Antonio had never had anyone look at him like Lovino did. But he had always been around very different people, as well. He smiled, burying his face in the crook of Lovino's shoulder. "Beautiful. T eres muy hermoso. And brave and intelligent and amazing and perfecto." -

"You know I don't speak Spanish, jerk," he mumbled, still smiling as he kissed the skin of his neck, blushing and feeling completely relaxed in Antonio's arms. He was blushing, happy but flustered, not used to all the compliments. "I really, really, really like you. Please don't go." he murmured, not meaning that night. Now that he'd lived a few days with Antonio's eyes and Antonio's laugh and Antonio's smile, he wasn't sure he could live without his cheeriness. -

Antonio laughed. "I think that that one isn't too hard to figure out." He felt rather like he was going to float away, and instinctively tightened his grip on Lovino, although he didn't seem like he was leaving. "I don't plan on it." He mumbled into Lovino's hair, closing his eyes momentarily. "I really, really, really like you too. I don't want you to go." He didn't care if Feliciano led the entire school into Lovino's room at that point. There was just Lovino close to him and holding onto him and speaking in his ear and kissing him and, god, he felt invincible and like putty in Lovino's hands all at the same time. -

"I won't, I've got nowhere to go. Even if I did, I wouldn't, this is where I wanna be," he hummed softly, giving him a gentle squeeze. "You're the one who should leave, you don't know what you're signed up for with me," he mumbled, continuing to press little kisses against his neck. He swore he heard footsteps on the stairs, but didn't budge. Antonio liked him, he actually liked him, so Lovino was going to stay as close as possible. -

Antonio felt his breath catch slightly at Lovino's words. He hummed lowly. "You can't scare me away that easily, Lovinito." He murmured softly. "And I don't think you ever will." He was barely aware of anything other than Lovino, understandably. So when he heard the door to Lovino's room creaking open he felt that now increasingly familiar blast of panic. His eyes shot open and he prayed to every god he could think of that it was just Feliciano. -

Lovino was just leaning up to brush their lips together when the door creaked. He jumped, inhaling sharply. Feli was staring at them, smirking. "Dinner's ready," he explained with a giggle. "But I'll tell Nonno you're 'studying', you two can eat later," he laughed, closing the door again. "Oh god, f---, that f---ing scared me," Lovino breathed, blushing furiously. -

Antonio had shot up when Feliciano entered the room, eyes wide and face hot. "s---." Antonio choked. "I thought it was your grandpa." He could feel his heart threatening to jump out of his chest, but he couldn't help a small snicker. "Jesus, Feli. What an ass." He trusted Feliciano to keep his mouth shut at school, but he could imagine the teasing he and Lovino would receive in private. He stared at Lovino. "I, uh, I didn't hear him coming." He admitted with a sheepish grin. "I was, um... a little distracted." -
ahh I swear I fell asleep like a minute before you posted ahh
anyway good morning! Sorry I slept so late, my bed's much more comfortable than the one at the house we were staying at, they had no sheets xp )
"Ugh, yes, he's an a--hole. I'll yell at him later." he muttered, blushing bright red and going right back to hugging Antonio, nuzzling into his neck. "Distracted?" he scoffed, looking up at him and raising an eyebrow. "By what?" he shook his head, smiling a little, knowing that he was practically nothing compared to Antonio, who was strong and kind and handsome. Being really the first person Lovino had ever encountered who seemed to enjoy his company, he'd quickly grown attached. He was sort of tempted to say three words to Antonio, but they hadn't even been together for a full day, and even if they had, he didn't want to do anything that might scare him off. So he kept his feelings quiet for now, simply holding him closer, seated comfortably in his lap. -

Antonio laughed. He tilted Lovino's chin up to kiss him again. "Guess." He hummed. "I... I was distracted all weekend." He admitted. "I didn't, um..." He "didn't" a lot of things. He didn't know he was gay in the first place, he didn't realize Lovino was the same way, he didn't realize wouldn't hate him. He didn't know how incredibly quickly Lovino would be this incredibly important to him. And it was going to be hell to be close to Lovino in school and have to act like they were just close acquaintances. He was tempted to throw caution to the wind and do whatever they wanted, but he knew they couldn't. After a long moment he just shook his head, the wistful smile returning. "Hm. We should 'study' more often." -

Lovino giggled. "Really? All weekend? I, uh, me too actually," he admitted with a small shrug. "I blame you though," he muttered, nudging him. "You shouldn't laugh so much, idiot , it was all I could think about." He pouted, until hearing what Antonio said next, blushing deeply. "A-Antonio, that sounds so- so-" he huffed, embarrassed, although he did agree. Maybe they could have their tutoring sessions at home from now on... -

Antonio's grin grew wider. "That sounds what?" He asked teasingly. He flopped back onto his back on the bed, looking up at Lovino. "Sounds... fun? Boring? Nice? ... Bad?" He pasted a mock hurt expression on his face, although it was hard to be convincing at all. Maybe distracting would fit here as well, but he couldn't help poking fun at Lovino a little bit. -
Aw, that stinks. Walking anywhere, or just walking? Also I just found out we're going to the beach tomorrow, so I won't be on ;^; )
"God, it sounds like we're screwing or something!" he said quickly, still blushing as Antonio laid them back. He set his chin on Antonio's chest so he could look up at him and allowed himself to smile just a little bit, knowing he was just teasing, so he decided to tease back a little, smirking. "Not that I would mind that, though..." -

Antonio snorted, but he could feel his face going bright red. "I'll keep that in mind." He retorted, ignoring the heat in his face. Just the thought of it made him nervous. Joking or no, he had only the barest knowledge of how that even worked, and... he shook thought away, sure he looked like a tomato. So he twisted, flipping over so he was on his elbows over Lovino. "Stop teasing me." He groaned. "That's not what I meant!"
