Riley smiled back "I'm sure you will" he said.

She sat up and moved next to Riley. "Why did you pick me to protect? Why not any other princess?" She asked him to looking into her eyes.

Riley looked at her "At first... because my sister did.... but now...." he started, not finishing his sentence as he blushed slightly.

She smiled as he blushed. She grabbed his hands and smiled. "You can tell me, is it because you had too?" She asked.

Riley felt sparks zap through his hands. He looked in her eyes "No... because I think.. I... I think I.."

Calanthe smiled and giggled. "Because?" Calanthe asked waiting for the answer. She looked at Artemis and Freddy.
Freddy jumped and hopped on to the bed. He hit Riley's back to make him spit out the words. -
Riley closed his eyes as Freddy hit him. "Cal, I think I have feelings for you." he said blushing.

Calanthe blushed at his words. She leaned in and kissed his cheek. She got up and walked outside. "Wow, 16 and so much things are going on right now!" Calanthe said walking out to the balcony.

Riley opened his eyes and blushed when she kissed his cheek. He looked at Artemis. "Women are confusing" he whispered and followed her outside. He leaned against the door frame.

She smiled when she heard him lean against the door frame. She looked into the view of the woods and the sun rising.
Artemis and Freddy push Riley to go by Calanthe. Calanthe smiled when he bumped into her. -
"S-sorry" he muttered nervously. He glared playfully at the lion and bunny before turning back to Calanthe. He smiled at her "You look beautiful" he said, staring into her eyes

She laughed as he acted nervous. She smiled and looked at him. "Thanks. You look handsome!" She said staring back into his eyes.

He smiled big at her. He made a cherry blossom tree branch grow up to the balcony and picked one of the flowers, putting it in her hair. "A beautiful flower, for a beautiful girl" he said, smiling at her.

"Awww, What a cute couple!" Artemis said jokingly. Artemis and Freddy smiled. Calanthe turned around and grabbed them both. "Get inside. Artemis?" Calanthe said pointing a finger to get inside.
"I'm sorry about Artemis. He can be a pain sometimes." she said. "Thank you. I appreciate it." Calanthe said as she held his hand.
