Cailean flew into the stone wall. He fell on the ground screaming in pain. "Riley!" Calanthe ran up and hugged him.
"The Queen ordered me to get the Princess, I'm ton obey her orders." Cailean said getting up holding his side. He grabbed Calanthe's arm and tried pulling her.
"Please just leave me alone." Calanthe said. -
Riley wrapped an arm around Calanthe and covered her eyes with his other hand. Riley looked at Cailean. "That was a bad decision" he said as a bright ray burst from his eyes.

Calanthe felt Cailean hand fall from her wrist as she heard him fall to the ground. Calanthe wrapped her arms around Riley and couldn't believe what just happened.

Riley held her close as he teleported to the other room. All the guards were on the ground and Karai smiled. "Told you I could handle" Riley nodded. "Thanks"
He then teleported back to Roa's palace. -
Calanthe was so happy to see Riley. "What...what happened to Cailean?" Calanthe asked scared to ask. "Please don't tell me you killed him?" Calanthe ased scared to hear the truth.

"No, he's just unconsious, and will be for about a week" he said "I've never killed anyone, nor do I plan to. It's against eveything I stand for." he said. He was so happy she was okay. He hung his head lightly "I'm sorry I didn't protect you, Princess"

"Unconscious? Hopefully he'll be okay!" Calanthe said. "Its not your fault, it was mines. I didn't listen to you and I should've just ignored Cailean! I'm sorry." Calanthe said hugging him.
"You saved me from my aunt and I owe you." Calanthe said. -
Riley hugged back. "You don't owe me anything, Princess." he said. He felt the sparks again and he smiled lightly.

"Yes, I do. You saved my life from The Darkness and my evil aunt." Calanthe said. She smiled when he smiled, "Why do you have to be so cute? Ugh, I think I have feeling for him." Calanthe thought as she looked into his eyes.

Riley looked into Calanthe's eyes. "I think I have feelings for her" he thought to himself. "Well, I made you a promise, I intend to keep it" he whispered

Calanthe smiled as she listened to the sound of his voice. "Can you take me home?" Calanthe asked smiling.

Riley closed his eyes and teleported them to her room.

"Princess, Are you ok? You've been gone for quite awhile" Artemis says in panic. Calanthe laughs as she pats him on the head. "I'm fine Artemis.".

Riley smiled and pet Artemis' head. "Keep her safe when I leave, kay?" he said

"You got it Riley." Artemis said. It was still dark out and Calanthe didn't know what time it was. She jumped into bed and closed her eyes thinking of Riley.
