Riley smiled and intertwined their fingers "It's okay. He's cute." he said

"He can be a pain when he wants to be." she said. "But he's not as cute as you. HEY! Sorry." Calanthe smiled as she looked through the curtains to see Artemis staring at them.

Riley chuckled and shooed him away. He turned back to Calanthe "You're the cute one" he said

She smiled and looked into his eyes. "You're cuter then me and thats the truth." Calanthe said with a smile.

Riley chuckled. "Alright. If you say so, Cal."

She loved when he laughed, it made her happy. The sun risen and the birds flew towards Calanthe and Riley. "Good morning Calanthe, Riley. Happy birthday. It's your special day!". "Thank you, You are so lovely." Calanthe said smiling at Riley and looking into his eyes.

Riley smiled back "Cal, can I kiss you?" he asked, his face turning pink as he stepped closer to her. He loved her smile, and vowed to himself that from that moment on he'd spend the rest of his days making her smile like that

Calanthe blushed and leaned in closer. "I'd be happy if you did!" she said.
"Their gonna kiss, Freddy." Artemis whispered but didn't know that Calanthe could hear them. "Shh, your gonna ruin the moment." Freddy whispered. -
Riley glared at them before, gently cupping Calanthe's cheek and kissing her.

Calanthe smiled and kissed Riley back. She pulled away as she heard Sabastian knocking on the door. "Princess.".

Riley smiled and motion towards the door "You'd better get that" he whispered

Calanthe smiled and kissed him lightly and ran to the door. She messed her hair up and opened the door. "Good morning." she said. "Happy birthday Princess Calanthe. You are finally 16 years old." he said. Artemis ran out the door into the hall. "Thank you Sabastian!" Calanthe hugged him.

Riley blushed lightly at the kiss and teleported quickly to Roa's palace. He shuffled through drawers in his room before he found what he was looking for and teleported back.

"Your mother will be waiting for at noon at the garden." Sabastian said. "Okay. Can you find Artemis and bring him back in here. Thank you.". He nodded and walked off. Calanthe sighed and went back out to the balcony.
