Riley smiled, excitment filling his body. He lead Gunner onto the dance floor and tugged him close, putting his arms around Gunner's neck and pressing their bodies close together.
-
Gunner chuckled a little. "Dude, I have no idea how to dance." He admitted, blushing a little. He tried to go with the flow, stumbling a few times, causing his face to turn a bright red. "I don't like this.." He muttered, under his breath.
-
Riley chuckled "I'll teach you.." he said, with a smile. He actually thought it was cute that Gunner didn't know how to dance. He backed up so they could see their feet. "It's just three steps, okay" he showed him "You put your left foot forward, and then right and then left." he said demostrating. "Now you try"
-
Gunner, unsure, tried the steps to the best of his ability. He found himself laughing at himself, mortified on the inside. "Erm..Like this?" He questioned, unsure how well he was doing. Silently, Gunner wanted to slink back and retreat from the situation, but knew that wasn't an option.
-
Riley smiled reassuringly "Good! You're getting it" And he wasn't lying. He knew this was out of Gunner's comfort zone, and he appreciecated that Gunner would push himself for him. He stopped dancing and looked at Gunner. He wasn't lying earlier when he'd sai he'd thought he loved the other, but it wasn't until now that he realized how much. He looked into Gunner's eyes and leaned down, kissing him, trying to put all the words he didn't know how to say into this one kiss.
-
Gunner was kind of shocked by the unexpected kiss, and it took him a few moments to understand what was going on. When he did, he tried not to grin as he moved his lips against the other's warm ones. It didn't even pass Gunner's mind what everyone else in the room thought as he grabbed Riley by the waist, pulling him closer. He felt the older male's passionate energy- understanding what he was communicating. Gunner matched the energy, carefully and gracefully.
-
Riley wrapped his arms around Gunner's neck, as he felt Gunner kiss back. He could feel the same passion he was trying to convey to Gunner, being showed right back. Riley's head swam slighty since he could smell Gunner, his own sent mixing slighty with Riley's. He, reluctantly, broke the kiss, pressing his forehead against Gunner's as he grinned.
-
Gunner rolled his eyes, looking to the other. He grinned as well, gazing at him humorously. His eyes played with fire- conveying a feeing of mischievous behavior. "Well, that was a nice dance." He retorted.
-
Riley grinned mischeviously. Two could play at that game, he thought. "Hm, yes but I like the dance we did last much better" he said, leaning close to Gunner's ear, his voice dripping with sensuality. He slid his hands down to Gunner waist and winked at him, before pulling away completely with a mischeious smirk.
-
Gunner immediately blushed at Riley's words, giving him a shocked expression. "Well," Gunner said, finding it difficult to talk, "That was erm..uncalled for." He felt his throat closing up- having no idea what to say as he stared back at Riley.
-
Riley chuckled at the flustered man. He smirked and changed the subject, nonchalantly. "Let's get something drink" he said tugging Gunner towards the bar. Riley didn't drink alcohol, besides wine and an occasional beer, so he was just going to order som- He made a weird face and lost his train of thought when he saw someone in the corner watching them. He tightened his grip on Gunners hand but kept walking, hoping he was just being paranoid.
-
Gunner, naturally, was always trained to observe his surroundings before doing anything. He once had a good friend- who didn't observe his surroundings- and got himself, three other men, and almost Gunner killed. Gunner learned after that many things. First, always work alone. Second, always be armed. Third, be prepared to flight or fight at any second. Fourth, never think your safe. Finally, and most importantly, always observe your surroundings. These were simple lessons that were common sense if you didn't want to get killed in a dangerous profession such as his own.
-
Riley leaned against the bar, facing away from the man. "Gunner" he said, but he already assumed Gunner had spotted the man, considering he was an assasain. He was frightened sure, but more because of his brother was here, -and for Gunner, but he knew Gunner could handle himself- , not because ehe was frightened of losin his own life. He let go of Gunner's hand and looked at him, nervously.
-
"It's okay, he hasn't drawn a weapon yet." He said, in a lowered tone. If the man drew his weapon, Gunner would be quick to find a way out. Frustrated, he glanced around the room for an easy escape route if needed.
