"Let's go before the troops see us," Morgana spoke to her horse while climbing on top of it's silky back. She kicked her Gaius gently and sent him sprinting out of the kingdoms gates.

Kai finally made it out side," ok guys morning warm ups! I want to se some now guys!!" Kai yelled," now give me 10 laps around castle!" Kai yelled then started running

Rex stood up and grabbed his black longsword and walked to the courtyard "Morning gentlemen." He said as he walked out the gates to go for a walk.

Morgana reached where she was headed: a little cottage. It was empty and Morgana thought to make this her get away place. She opened the door of the old pile of hay.

" morning!" Kai shouted! Along with the others ,"come on guys 9 more laps!"

Rex mounted his silver horse which he named Odin and went for a walk around the kingdom.

5 more guys hustle! Hustle!" Kai shouted then kept running with guys behind him panting!

Rex stopped and got off of Odin "Fresh air. Nice way to start." He said holding out his arms. -
Nice job guys 20 minute brake then we are getting back to work!" Kai said finally stopping after running
