That these children died but the spirit of chikdren brought back to life and placed them in a land called disney land where they live and play even after the parks close

Looks: Bright green eyes, Scene hair with a fringe,long rainbow hair that reaches her waste. She has it in a braid on her right shoulder. She wears a neon green sweatshirt with black skinny jeans and Converse Neon pink shoes that reach her knees. -

Okay the her costume I really do not know to be honest. Can you give me ideas? And she died by getting tortured by a Serial Killer. Her siblings died also. And her gaurdian is ah, my mind is really fuzzy.
