Morning light shined through the attic windows so Jae reluctantly got up, she started for down towards the bathroom. She heard Mort shuffling around in the basement and she ducked into the bathroom quickly before he came up. Jae fittled around in there for a while and then started to make her breakfast, completely ignoring the kid on the couch.

Hope slept silently but rolled over from time to time. He had dreamed peacefully in the night.
Mort was in the basement and had headed upstairs. He stopped and looked at Hope who was still sleeping, and continued on. -
Jae stood at the stove staring at the egg as it cooked, her toast popped and she grabbed the two slices and buttered them. "Morning." She said as she sat on the counter. She smiled just slightly and took a bite out a slice of toast.

Mort walked up the stairs. Hope WS still sleeping in the couch when he heard footsteps going up the stairs" who's there?" Hr said.
" Mort." Mort said going up the stairs. -
Jae ate her to at up on the counter, when she was done she hopped off and put the eggs on a plate. She felt her phone vibrate in her pocket and dug it out, giant words reading, CALL FROM... CRYSTAL.
"Hello." Jae said answering the phone and eating eggs.
"Hi. Um Danny won't wake up and our shift start soon so me and Maggie were going to dump a bucket of ice and water on him now everyone but his up so.. Coming so we can actually do it?"
"Sure." She said shoving her eggs on her mouth, "Be there in a bit." Jae ran up to her room and grabbed her flats.
"Mort, I'm leaving, be back.. Eventually!" She yelled after slipping her shoes on and was half was to the door. -
Hope laid back down and returned to his dreams of peacefulness.
He heard a voice but just ignored it and closed his eyes. He WS tired from the bud ride to Croach. -
Jae bolted down the street to the dorms almost tripping like four times. She walked in thought the doors and and Maggie was already waiting she dragged her into the room where Mark and Max were holding the tub of water above Danny and, "Thanks for finally joining us, Jae." Mark said, she ignored him, "Some people left for shifts." He said before Jae could ask, she nodded.
"Dude, my arms." Max said struggling to keep the tub up, Mark nodded and they dumped it of Danny. He woke up coughing,
"What the hell! Now I have to change my sheets guys! Not cool!."
"Sorry we didn't put soap in it, then you could of just dried it out.." Said Crystal, chuckling, "Everyone was up and you wouldn't, it seamed necessary."
"Jem?" He asked there eye shifted to Maggie.
"Oh he's at the diner, he was hungry.." Jae chuckled, "Well I am to, so let's go. You better be at the diner in ten minutes or I'll kill you, Danny." Crystal was angery, rare but scary. And with that they left leaving him, Jae walked with them to the diner and said shed see them at lunch and then started back for Mort's house. -

Hope woke up on the couch he stood up and stretched his legs. " anybody there?" He asked as he walked to the fridge.no one answered him." Guess I'm alone for now." He said as he grabbed some food and started to eat it.

Jae started up the driveway and walked into Mort's house. She saw the kid at the table she shrugged and walked into the kitchen. "Hi." She said and grabbed a can of Dr. Pepper. She opened the can and drank some.

Hope saw a girl walk into the house as he stood at the table." Hello, who are you?" Hope asked confused at why she walked into the house. He watched her as she went and grabbed a drink.

"Jae." Jae said board and took a sip of her soda and sat at the table, she looked up at him. "I live here.. Upstairs.." She drank more of her soda.

" upstairs?" Hope said confused. " I thought it was just me and Mort here" hope walked over to a counter closer to the girl to hear her.

"Well I live upstairs.. Anyway do you have a name?" Jae asked, she moved back slightly. "Yep city kid." She mumbled to herself.

Hope leaned onto the counter" My names Hope. Mort is my uncle" he said staring at jae. " what is this town like?" Hope asked curiously.
