Long ago in the ancient past, there was a world where magic ran free. Almost anyone could use it, and did. To protect this world a group called the Skyborn was formed. The Skyborn lived in a floating island. When a Skyborn finishes there training, there where granted wings. This went on for several generations, until a group who called themselves the Darkness rose to challenge the Skyborn. War broke out over the land, sending the world into chaos. The Skyborn fought bravely against the Darkness but where losing, until a young mage discovered how to seal the worlds magic away, at the cost of his soul.
Several hundred years later there is peace. None could remember the magic world. Until two children, c1 and c2, discovered the hidden magic and set it free. Now they must race against time to stop the darkness from rising again and seal the magic away once again -

Eye color- Dark purple
Hair color/style- ebony/ short and spiked
Skin tone- pale
Build- willowy
Clothes- Yami likes to wear a black body suit with army boots. She always has a black duster with silver flame accents on along with black fingerless gloves.
tattoos- she has an eagle on her back
Personality- Yami is shy and likes to stay away from large groups but she doesn't mind being around a few people. she is easily overwhelmed. she lacks confidence in herself but she is loyal to her friends. -

Eye colour: teal with golden flecks
Hair colour/style: dark blue almost black
Skin: fair skin.
Build: lean with slight muscles.
Clothes: black skinny jeans (but not skinny enough to strangle his legs. just slightly skinny x3 ) black hooded cloak that comes down to his lower waist and army boots. Constantly seems to have odd chains and necklaces around his neck.
Tattoos: none that people know of yet.
Personality: you'll find out over time. -

Yami sat in a tree at the edge of the forest as she hummed to herself. she smiled asa bird landed nearby and chirped to her before flying off again. -
A bird flew by as nicasio walked through the town making his way slowly towards the forest to hunt. It was one of his favourite places to visit as it usually remained empty of any human presence. Walking into the forest he snuck through a hidden entrance and glanced towards the dirt footpath,noticing some unfamiliar footprints. "How could somebody be here?" Nicasio muttered,placing a finger to the footprint as he examined it.
(AHH sorry hope you don't mind my big ass paragraphs, also are we gonna make it so they're strangers or that they already know each other?) -

yami closed her eyes and leaned back as she started singing softly to herself. she giggled as the wind blew past and made the tree shack slightly -
Nicasio eyed the footprints suspiciously while he followed them. In the distance he thought he could hear a girl singing softly from the trees ahead. "These footprints obviously belong to the voice" he thought to himself as he stopped by the tree and locked up. It was top thick to see anything or any one inside of it so he cautiously chucked a small stone that lay underneath the tree
