Nicasio glanced up the tree and squinted, through the leaves he could just make out a body looking down and speaking to him. he stood below for awhile,unsure what to do. after what seemed like forever he replied moodily "nobody important" nicasio paused "how did you find this place anyway?"

yami frowned and then started climbing down "i don't know, I just need a place to get away from the rest of the world" she said once she was low enough that she could see him clearly

Nicasio glanced at the girl for a split second and chuckled lightly to himself. "Well girly, I'll have you know this happens to be my place for getting away from people and frankly you are a human. So I ask you in the kindest way possible to piss.off." He said, folding his arms and returning to his usual moody manner.

yami frowned "no, I think ill just stay in this tree" she said to him whith a slight grinn

Nicasio frowned at the girl. "You're quite a difficult one aren't you, I guess I have no other choice" He said with a sigh. Nicasio stepped towards the tree, putting his bag down he began to climb the branches towards the girl. A branch snapped under his foot. "s---" he muttered, quickly regaining his balance and continuing his way up

yami started to climb higher, thankfull for her small size

Nicasio let out a annoyed sigh, watching the girl climb higher. He didn't think he could continue climbing due to the fact the branches were skinnier up the top, it was bad enough he nearly broke half the ones below him. "I hope you get stuck up there" he mutters half to himself. Nicasio wasn't exactly sure what he was going to do now that he was Half stuck in the tree because of all the weak branches.

Nicasio looked back up at the girl with a scowl "no,why would I?" He lied while muttering a colourful set of curse words shortly after while Trying to grab on to another branch. nicasio quickly pulled his hand away when it started to bend "I just figure you'll have to come down eventually so why bother climbing when I can just wait for you missy" he said with a shrug in a attempt to make it look like this was his original purpose.

yami grinned "why climp down when I can just go to another tree?" she said. then, to prove her point, she jumped off her perch and in to another trees branches

Watching the girl easily hop to another tree Nicasio let out a sigh of annoyance and rolled his eyes "God,she just has to be difficult.." He says to himself. Nicasio sat for about a minute just glaring at the girl before Backing himself up to the trunk of the tree and leaping to the next tree with a grunt. He manages to only just grab onto a branch and pull himself up "so can I" he huffs.

yami laughed loudly at him "barely!" she called down

"I wasn't even trying" he scoffs. Nicasio quickly snaps a branch and chucks it at the girl above him, how she managed to easily jump from tree to tree was beyond him. He glanced towards the sun to determine the time, how long had he been around these trees for anyway?

yami yelped softly and moved so the branch wouldn't hit her "Hey! what was that for!"
