Nicasio snaps another branch and chucks it at her again. "uh,you're annoying..that good enough?" He says with a shrug like it was a reasonable explanation. A light breeze brushed past him and he quickly fixed his hood up in order to keep warm. Winter was coming up soon and the weather seemed to be getting cooler by the minute.

yami started to climb down a little "i am not! can you stop throwing things at me so I can get down?"

Nicasio eyes her while he chucks a stuck around in his hand weighing up his options. "So you've finally come to your senses and decided to get down?" He says, peeking out of his hood a little bit so he could see her face. The stick still remained in his hands as he twisted it about.

yami shivered "of corse! Its COLD" she said as she continued climbing down

Nicaso chucks the stick towards the branch the girl stood on, purposely making sure it didn't completely hit her. "I was starting to think you were just some sort of stubborn idiot but it appears you've proved me wrong" he replied with a roll of his eyes.

yami glared at him "hey!" she started "i may be stubborn but im not an idiot!" she jumped down to a thicker branch

Nicasio stood up from his branch, nearing hitting his head on the one above from him "what?!" He replied attempting to mock The girls voice. "They both mean the same to me.." He stated flicking his hair back into position since the wind had made it flop against his forehead. Whilst doing this he hit his head against the branch which he had previously just missed,

yami tried not he hit her head on the tree "well they don't mean the same to me!" she hissed. she laughed as he hit his head on a branch

Nicasio snorted at the girl "you're being stubborn again.." He rolled his blue eyes once again at the girl with dark hair. He rubbed his head and glared at her as she laughed in his face "you're just as bad..I saw you nearly hit your head" he pauses "and to think we wouldn't be in this situation if a little girl had just listened to me in the first place" he said.

yami shrugged "but I didn't, so nya" she stuck her tung out at him playfully. she hears the rest of his words "well It would help is you didn't look so scary!"

Nicasio rests agianst the trunk of the tree "better watch it with the toungue, do that again and I'll chop it off with a meat cleaver" he moves his hands making actions of him chopping a toungue off. Nicasio raises a eyebrow at the girl "scary you say? Well,you should be scared of me" he says shrugging carelessly at her words.

yami rolled her eyes at him and then looked at the remaining branches between the two of them "yeah, your scary. for some one like me that is"

"You're one to talk, have you looked in the mirror recently?" Nicasio replies with a low chuckle, crossing his arms and looking towards the girl who continued hopping down the tree. He noticed her eyes were a odd shade of purple yet it suited her dark hair he thought. Nicaso checked the sun to determine the time once more and muttered under his breath.

yami tilted her head "um....nope!" she chirped. her feet slid out from under her and she yelped as she started to fall down

Nicasio let out a gasp of air "well you should because you look like one hell of a monster" he said whilst flicking a twig in her direction. His head snaps back in her direction to see her falling,with a swift move from his hand he quickly yanks the girl to the branch he stood on. "Gosh, not only are you stubborn..but also clumsy" he mutters, moving back a bit from her.
