Scarlette looked at him. "Just look for a sign that has a triangle in a circle." she said -

"Dammit," Chris grunted, trying to brake. Spinning to a stop, he looked at Scarlett. "Sorry, I don't know my weapons all that well, but that was a gun, right?"

Scarlette looked at him with a frown. "NOt just any gun." she jumped out of the car and looked at the tire. "We have to go on fooot from here." she said gruffly. -
"Ya didn't bring a spare?" He asked her, jumping out. "You have everything.. but a spare tire?" He chuckled quietly.

Maddie and Carter got out from the car
" would a sodden wheel work ?" Carter asked -

Scarlette looked at him. "Well, I wasn't mutated with spare tires." she said and realized she said to much and looked down and started walking.

Chris opened his mouth, about to say something, before quickly closing. Shouldn't pry... At least not now.. he shrugged, following Scarlett.

"Carter, nothing can fix that car now follow us before it explodes." she said. She muttured a few words and the others grew wings. "this is temporary but it's better than walking." she said as she flew into the air.

Scarlette flew ahead, the breeze flowing through her hair as she looked for the sign. -
"Muh?" He looked at his back, confused. "Great.. I'm a hybrid.." He complained, exercising his new wings. "Well.. At least they aren't feathers...?" He shrugged. "Well, might as well test them out now.." His new wings pushed him off the ground with ease. "Woah!" He yelled, surprised at the velocity(is that the word?).

Scarlette looked back at Chris and laughed a bit. She looked back at Carter and Maddie and smiled. They were going to be fine. -

Carter started showing of before flying to Chris upside down
" why is a raven like a writting desk ?" She asked
