Charles didn't know why the cats on the tell looked like drawings instead of like real cats, but he liked it better. He wondered how all the things got into the tell, and if they weren't real then how was he looking at them? "H-how does the te-tell have Areistwocats?"
Jeremy ran his hair under the shower head for a moment, then pulled back to mash the shampoo into his hair. "What're you looking for?" -
Tae thought for a moment, then lifted his head up and opened his eyes. "It's sorta hard to explain. There are these people who draw them. And then they make them move, animating them. Then they use signals to put it on our telly." Tae bit his lip, realizing what he said probably made no sense to the cat hyrbid. "They're fake, someone made them."
Raymond sighed, frustrated. "T-The w-workers!" There had to be someone in the shower head for the water to come out of it! Raymond got on his tiptoes once again to look for the mysterious worker man. When he couldn't find the man, Raymond began to cry. "W-Where..?" -
Charles made a little sound, shaking his head slowly. "B-but, can Charles make the Areistwocat? The-the sci-sci-scien-..." He struggled, pouting, feeling tears well in his eyes. "Charles c-can't talk to T-Tae right."
Despite the soap all over his hands, Jeremy frowned, and put his hands on Raymond's hips. "They aren't here, they're far away." -
Tae wrapped his arms gently around Charles waist, shaking his head. "Yes, you can. I can understand you, Charles. You're talking right," Tae felt bad about lying to the cat hyrbid, but he hated seeing him so upset.
Raymond flattened his feet and relaxed at Jeremy's touch. "O-Okay.." Raymond looked up at Jeremy. "R-Raymond wants T-Tae." -
Charles frowned, huffing, "Charles does not kn-know how to rea-rea-read, or use the pen-pencil to make let-letters, and he does n-not know how to talk."
Jeremy felt alittle sad, and pulled Raymond a little closer. "What about me, love?" -
Tae shifted uncomfortably. "You don't have to know those things, Charles. And you do know how to talk. If you want to learn, I can teach you, but you don't need to know these things. Okay?" Tae felt his old, stubborn self returning. The old Tae was coming back, the one who was there before Charles had ever came.
Raymond smiled and rested his head on Jeremy's chest, pressing himself against Jeremy. He looked up at Jeremy innocently. Raymond didn't want to have to ask Jeremy for what he wanted. Forgetting about Tae, Raymond wrapped his arms around Jeremy. -
"Charles wants to... To..." He'd forgotten the word, even though it was one he'd known before. "S-stupid!" He hissed, darting off of Tae's lap to go behind the couch.
Jeremy's smile returned, and he leaned down to press a kiss to Raymond's head. "Maybe we'll stay home today, just you and me. To watch telly, and eat lunch." -
Tae rolled his eyes and switched to the news channel. "Brat.." He muttered under his breath. He wasn't really paying that much attention to the telly, but he stared at it like he was.
Raymond nodded and smiled. "Y-Yes p-please.." -
Charles laid face-down behind the couch, sniffling away until he sniffled himself right to sleep a few minutes later. He didn't like being so terrible at talking, and so he decided he just wouldn't do it anymore.
Jeremy kissed his head again, but he had to let go of the boy so that he could step under the water and wash the shampoo out of his hair. -
(Would you like to play the scientist kidnapper? .3.)
Tae was about to drift off back to sleep when he heard a loud knock at the door. He slowky got up and groaned. He didn't care that he was shirtless, it was probably just Jeremy and Raymond. Tae was surprised that when he opened the door, a stranger was standing there. "Can I help you?"
Raymond pulled away from Jeremy and watched as he washed his hair. Raymond glanced every now and then at the shower head to see if a worker man was looking back down at him, but there never was. -
(Sure thing)
Charles stayed behind the couch. The knocking had only stirred him enough to make him grumble and wake for a second, but he fell back asleep by the time the door was opened.
The man at the door was bald, and wore dress pants and a dress shirt. "Hello, sir," he greeted, smiling. "I believe you have something of mine."
Once his hair was all washed out, Jeremy pulled Raymond back, kissing his nose and cheek. -
'I don't think I do," Tae said nervously, chewing the inside of his mouth. "Have a great day.." Tae started to shut the door on the mysterious man.
Raymond wrapped his arms around Jeremy, smiling. Raymond blushed when Jeremy kissed him. "J-Jeremy l-love R-Raymond?" -
The man shook his head, sticking his foot in the doorway. "No no no, I'm sorry, let me rephrase. I know you have something of mine, and you can either return it or I'll have you both." He leaned forward, calling into the doorway. "Charles, Charles, come here kitty!"
Charles awoke, and peeked out from behind the couch. It took him a second, but he recognized the voice and started shaking, hurrying to hide behind the couch again.
Jeremy smiled, kissing his nose again. "Of course I do, you're my pup. My lovely little pup." -
Tae was taken back when he realized who the man was. "No! No, I won't let you take him. Take me, not him, please!" Tae begged.
Raymond looked up at Jeremy and smiled. Getting back on his tiptoes, he gently kissed Jeremy. -
The man rolled his eyes. "That's ridiculous. Why would I only take one of you if you're both right in front of me?" He made a gesture behind him, and then three bigger men came up. One of the pushed open the door, and grabbed Tae, and the other two went into the apartment to look around. They found the hybrid, though, as soon as he stood up. "T-T-Tae?" He whimpered, before one of the big men grabbed his arm.
Jeremy kissed him back, hugging him tightly to his chest.
