Charles calmed back down, as he slowly warmed back up under the blanket. Purring, he started to fall asleep again, until he realized Tae wasn't coming back to bed again. He started mewing once more, looking at the male with big eyes through the dark room.

Tae came back to the guest room and sat down criss cross on the large bed. He looked over at Charles who was still mewing. "I'm right here."

When he felt the bed sink under Tae's weight, Charles mewed once more before yawning, crawling out from under the blankets, and making his way over to Tae. He laid back down, with his upper half in Tae's lap, facing upwards. He was still bare-bottomed, but at least he had on the sweater. "Sl-sleep-sleepy?"

Tae began to pet Charles in between his ears, shaking his head. "I'm not. Are you?" Tae continued to pet him, scanning the room. In front of the bed was a large mirror with gold trimming. Tae looked at his reflection for a minute, then turned back to look at Charles.

Charles yawned again, but shook his head. "No, Ch-Charles is aw-awake." He purred at Tae's touch, smiling.

Tae laughed softly. "If you're sleepy, you need to sleep. Oh, I might invite Jeremy and Raymond over for lunch. We can watch the telly or something."

"Charles is n-not sleepy!" He insisted, frowing. "Charles wa-wants... To w-wa-watch tell-... Tell. Watch tell with T-Tae."

"Okay. Whatever you say." Tae leaned down and kissed the top of Charles' head before scooping him up like a bride. Tae carried the cat hyrbid to the living room and sat him down on the couch.

Charles purred, flopping down to lay on his stomach and take up half of the couch. His tail waved, and he rested his head on his arms.

Tae walked over and grabbed the remote from the coffee table. He turned the telly on and looked down at Charles. "What do you want to watch? You can choose while I call Jeremy." Tae sat the remote beside Charles, not exactly sure if he even knew how to use it. Tae picked up the phone and dialed Jeremy's number, listening as it rang.

Charles looked at the remote, then picked it up, giving it a heavy glare. There were buttons on it, he knew that much, just like a toothbrush. But this had a lot more buttons than a toothbrush, and it had words and number instead of pictures. Unable to read anything, he mashed buttons until the image of a cartoon cat flashed on. He left it there, watching intently.
Jeremy was sleeping in bed with Raymond when he heard the phone ringing, still tired from the previous night. He crawled out of the bed, slowly making his way to the phone and answering it. "Hello..?" -
Raymond awoke quickly when he heard a loud ringing noise and Jeremy was no longer beside him. He sat up rubbing his eyes and watching Jeremy pick up the telephone.
"Hey, it's Tae. I was wondering if you and Raymond wanted to come over. I'm going to make lunch soon and we are watching the telly." Tae watched Charles us the remote as he talked, smiling. -

Jeremy yawned, "Yeah. Sure. Give me a bit to shower and get Ray ready to go out. Bye." He hung up, going back to the bed. "D'you want to go over to Tae's flat for a bit?"
Charles set the remote down after a minute, watching the cats on the telly intently. The laboratoy used to have a cat in it, but it didn't talk like these cats did. -
Tae sat the phone down and went over to the couch, sitting in the small space Charles didn't take up. He glanced up at the telly and laughing softly. "You chose this?"
Raymond rubbed his eyes and nodded. He slowly got up from the bed and stretched.
