Thread Topic: I'm wanting to do a vampire soap now

Matthew stumbled to the ground, dazed. Really, he felt like he was drunk. The spots that blocked his vision slowly went away as he rubbed his eyes. His head was aching. He looked up at the girl, stunned about what she had done.

Lilith looked down at the boy who was on the ground. He looked dazed, and confused, and stunned all at the same time, and she felt utterly bad about what had happened to him. Yet, she also felt happy. Happy that she could help him, happy she could do something right, happy she could control her urge around real humans. Slowly, she took a few steps towards the boy and offered him her hand. She even managed a sort of smile, yet it wasn't a very realistic one. She knew that she'd have to get out of there soon before the teachers did the rounds and found that she wasn't in her room like she was supposed to be. She'd be in a world of trouble if that happened.

Matthew stared at the girl's extended hand for a minute. He didnt know whether or not to trust the girl. He just helped you, he thought. He releuctlentlyy took her hand.

After the boy took her hand, Lilith wrapped her fingers around his hand and slowly pulled him up and off the ground. "Are you okay?" she questioned, her voice soft and hardly above a whisper. It was as if all the confidence had left her and she was now shy of everything around her.

He attempted to steady himself once he was on his feet, succeeding somewhat. "I'm fine," he said, but his voice came out quietly and his breathing was shaky. "W-Who are you?"

Lilith opened her mouth to say something but stopped half way. She noticed how scared the boy seemed, and suddenly the happiness was ripped from her eyes, and a dark violet replaced her white eyes. Her eyes did that whenever she felt sad, or bad about something. "My name is Lilith," she said quietly while letting go of the boys hand. "I'm glad I could help you, but I have to go now." With that said, Lilith began to turn around, facing the direction in which she came so she could head back to the school.

Matthew didn't say anything. He was still in a state of shock, and slightly embarrassed he has to be helped by a girl. She didn't really seem like th one of the average girls he saw everyday. Something was different about her, something was..off. Matthew decided he would think about it later, watching, silent as the girl began to walk away.

As Lilith got farther away from the boy, she began to head off in a full sprint. Her red hair glinted like red flames in the dim light; her pale skin reflecting the light made her seem a bit transparent, like a ghost. She seemed to run faster than any average person- oh yeah, right, she was a vampire.
You saved him, be glad Lilith. You can't stay here though. They'll be doing their rounds soon, Lilith told herself in her head. She was proud of herself for saving that boy, but she wanted to leave. There was a horrid thought forming in the back of her mind telling her to bite him, and she had to leave before she hurt him. She had to. -

Matthew shoved his hands in his pockets and quickly made his way towards his home. He knew his mother was probably worried to death and Matthew didn't want to worry her anymore, so he decided not to tell her anything about what had happened. -

After a while of sprinting, Lilith finally made it back to her school. She had eight minutes before the teachers started doing their rounds, so she was able to climb back into her room through her window and lie in her bed.
She thought it was really stupid. She and the rest of the vampires were stuck in their rooms all night even though they never slept. None of them slept! Why put beds in the room and make them 'sleep' if they're vampires who don't even sleep? -

Matthew finally made his way to his small home and slipped inside, grateful his mother was already sound asleep. He went upstairs and crawled into his bed.
