They watched the group of people mill around without a thought it seemed. Hatter spit out the little blue pill he found in his food and shook his head. "We aren't insane.." He whispered quietly to himself and looked out the window towards Alice's room.

Alice kicked the food towards the door out of anger. They, no Dr. Crooked looked through her memories, she was angry that he would do that. Hell he looked through Red's memories and something was wrong with the girl.

Hatter frowned and tried talking to Alice again. Alice? Can you hear me? It didn't hurt as bad because he was closer to her but it still gave him a headache to just try.

She blinked, hearing hatter's muffled voice in her head, causing her to sigh with a large smile on her face. Hatter, I can hear you...

Her voice came in soft but he smiled happily at the progress. Don't take the pills.. Everyone here is acting like zombies. He stayed peering out the window as if he had taken the pills but Ches was playing checkers with an odd character.

Red said the same thing...but they delivered our food here... how about you? she glanced at Red, seeing her get rid of the pills by stomping on the and dusting them away. How long was the little girl being kept here?

The common room. It's.. Sad. He turned slowly and watched people sit with blank stares in their once bright eyes or talking to themselves. They weren't crazy, they were turned crazy.

I'm sorry... she watched as Red walked over to her and tilted her head curiously at her. "Is your friend coming back here again?" Alice laughed lightly and smiled a bit. "I don't know..."

Is there any guards around you? He slowly went back to the window and looked at her room, it appeared that they didn't have any guards at their room. From the outside anyway.

She blinked lightly and glanced out the window, not really seeing any guards near the door. No, not that I can see. she was a bit confused at why he asked. Red blinked lightly and yawned a bit.

Hatter went back to him room and once more escaped from his window but with more ease. Jogging over to Alice's room he lightly tapped on her window and waited in the cold.

Alice heard a tap on the window and she smiled warmly, walking over and opening the door. "Hatter...one day they are going to catch you..." she laughed lightly a bit and saw Red glance at them curiously.

"It's like I'm a highschool boy." He mused as he swung into the window. Every day could be hell but anytime with Alice turned his mood around that fast. "Ches is making friends in the common room." He chuckled and softly hugged Alice then he say down on the edge of Alice's bed.

She rolled her eyes. "My sister had a boy who used to do that alot." She sat down next to him. "It's good he's making friends." Red huffed lightly, finally getting rid of the crushed up pills.

Hatter began to play with Alice's hair quietly. "Except I'm better then him." He mused and watched Red. "Such a smart young lady." He smiled at her and went back to braiding Alice's hair quietly.
