Hatter paused, looking over at Alice who was sitting upon a large blue toadstool. Her blonde hair had fallen in front of her face and he smiled as he walked over to her. "What are you doing my dear Alice?" He smiled and tucked the blonde hair behind her ear.
Chesire was hanging in the tree above Alice napping quietly. Opening one eye he looked down at Hatter before drifting back asleep. -

Alice blushed lightly seeing Hatter move the hair out from her face. "I-I was just remembering things Hatter." She smiled at him, a bit happy he came, which he always did come. She sighed a bit. "Just remembering." -

Hatter sat down next to Alice but on the ground and rested his cheek on her knee. He lightly touched the rim of his hat as if making sure it was still there. "I'm so glad you stayed Alice.." He sighed softly and closed his eyes. Cheshire yawned and dissapeard only to reappear a moment later but this time floating in the air infront of them. "Oohhh Hatter.." He purred and yawned. "The little birds told me that they would be on their way to Wonderland next.." The cat frowned. He knew this would mean everyone in Wonderland would either be taken to the Aslyum.. Or killed. -
Out of the whole seriousness, Alice grabbed Hatter's hat and placed it on her head. She grinned down at the Hatter. She blinked and looked up at Cheshire. "Who would be coming here?"

Hatter frowned and stood up swiftly. "Thank you Ches.. Will you go tell everyone?" The cat nodded and was gone. "Come dear, how about we.. Dance?" He grinned and took her hands in his and pulled her to her feet. He hummed her favorite song and began to dance slowly in a circle. "You know, you look amazing in that hat. Who did you get it from?"

She looked a bit worried, but Hatter seemed to be distracting her by dancing. She laughed lightly and shook her head. "Well I took it off the top of your head so~ I got it from you." She smiled at him with a wide grin. She was happier here in Wonderland than Earth. No one judged her here, well maybe the Red Queen.

"Me? Huh. I don't remember." He chuckled and lightly kissed her nose. "I know a place we could hide forever.. You and me." His smile grew as they danced in their own little world.
Chesire paused, looking around as he made sure everyone knew what was happening. Then he snorted, peering at the portal and his eyes grew wide as he watched someone walk through the portal with a gun. -
She blushed deeply and was a bit happy that the hat covered her face a bit. "Hiding won't help us Hatter...they would find us anyways..." she blinked and glanced around. It was oddly calm around them, not wonderland calm...

Hatter tensed up as he looked around. "Come on.. Let's go." He took her hand in his and quickly began to follow a path deeper into the woods. The farther they went the more quiet it got. "Do you still have the tea cup I have you?" He needed something to talk about as to keep himself in the present.
Chesire snarled and tried to take off after his companions. A bullet wizzed by him and nicked his shoulder. Yelping in fear and pain he turned into a blue cat an streaked after Alice and Hatter. -
Alice held onto the hat, trying not to lose it as they ran. She blinked lightly and nodded. "Of course Hatter, I wouldn't be stupid enough to not." She smiled a bit. "It was nice that you gave it to me though."
