While Eren was still processing what to do, the survey corps captain had already found his opening and was leaping down to take the first kill. Years of experience came into play as he twisted his figure slicing through the weak spot at the nape one's neck with ease. He was also quick to get out of the way of any incoming monstrosities.
(He would probably never do it though.) -
His brain stopped working as he watched Levi kill his first. The teen let out a grunt, running and flinging himself off the wall as soon as he saw his first titan. He let out a loud battle cry, cutting its neck and sending it down. He grinned as two titans caught sight of him and started moving for him. He waited until they were way too close for comfort. From there, he dove behind the first, using the gear to hook onto its shoulder blade. The titan tried to grab at him as he ran upwards. At the last minute, he pushed off of the first titan and flew onto the other. Eren laughed as the air tussled his hair. He landed on the second titan's head. It wasn't the best spot to be, but he felt like the king of the world.
(Aww. :c) -
Levi glanced over, and not to his surprise, saw Eren messing around with the titans. Hopping between the two, and even standing on one's head. If it decided to throw him off, the kid wouldn't get much time to react. Gritting his teeth behind his frown, the older hurried over, at least tried to. Another tall beast emerged seemingly out nowhere, causing him to stop and use his gear to get around, going for it's neck lick the first one.
(His thoughts on humans would make him sit back and watch everyone else.) -
Eren stood there with the wind ruffling his hair until the titan started to move to pick him up. He jumped down onto its shoulder, slicing the nape of its neck. The titan started to fall, taking Eren with him. He used the gear to once again attach himself to the first titan. The titan almost grabbed him from the air. He cursed, suddenly getting serious. He moved for the titan's neck, avoiding getting caught by its huge hands.
(He'd watch them diiiiie.) -
Levi huffed as he took down his second titan, watching out for more while Eren took out his. It appeared that maybe one or two were heading their way, but not as many as he had expected. Still, he wiped his blades clean and headed off to stop them before they had the chance to get close. He wasn't enjoying the 'game' nearly as much as the younger, but training was training.
(He believes that only a human can kill a monster. And he wouldn't just watch them die, he'd take whatever blood is left~) -
When Eren was able to kill the titan he had been standing on, he let himself fall to the ground with it. His ass hurt when they hit the ground, but it was better than loosing a limb. He looked around for Levi. The short b------ was heading towards some titans. Eren, letting his guard down, started to follow, not paying attention to his surroundings.
(that is
so beautiful) -
The captain put on his poker face as he once more used his gear to get behind the larger of the two, gracefully cutting it down then heading for the next. He knew Eren was on his way, but was too focused to really take notice to the kid. He went in for his fourth kill.
(Ain't it though.) -
Eren continued to follow Levi, his eyes focused on the older male's movements. Levi was swift and graceful. Eren, on the other hand, was too reckless. He did what he wanted to and didn't bother to give to s---s about safety. He snickered as he heard Levi's voice in his head. "Don't get killed!" Eren mocked him, grinning. "Yeah, right. I got three killed before Levi."
(It is.) -
Levi's expression darkened when the titan tried to knock the wires of his gear out of place. The goofy looking monster wanted to play that game, but the captain wasn't having it. He got up as high as he could, spinning down onto the spot and making the perfect cut. The older landed lightly on his feet. "Four.."
-
If Eren had been paying attention, he would have seen the titan that was so cleverly hiding in some trees. If he had only been looking at his surroundings, he would have noticed that it was staring directly at Levi. But he hadn't. So when the odd looking titan started to run out of the trees right at the captain, Eren had a look of pure shock. It took him less than a second to shout, "LEVI!" He ran after the charging titan, flailing his arms like a maniac.
-
His eyes widened a bit, and he spun on heels, looking directly at the giant. For once he wasn't very quick to react, there wasn't a clear shot to the back of its neck, so the only option was to get out of the way. "Annoying pest..." He cursed as he used his gear to avoid being snatched up. He felt something heavy whack against his leg, possibly from the titan's hand when it swung. Sloppy..Hurry up and kill it, you idiot. He thought to himself as he watched Eren run over.
-
Eren gritted his teeth, trying to get over as fast as possible. The titan swerved around, trying to get a better view of Levi. Eren took this chance to use the gear to get onto its leg. The titan looked highly confused when it saw Eren climbing up its leg. It raised its hand to flick him off. The teen clung to the beast as it swiped for him and missed.
-
Levi staggered a bit, checking around for any sign of other titans. When everything seemed clear, he flew over towards the giant, heading towards the nape of it's neck while was turned away. He did his best to ignore the throbbing in his leg as he went for the weak spot, swords at the ready to cut through flesh.
-
Eren continued to cling onto the titan's leg, scooting around to a point where the titan couldn't see him. It was at that moment that the titan caught sight of Levi flying towards it. The titan attempted to turn, but ending up falling backwards and knocking Levi off course. Eren, not thinking, bit his tongue extremely hard. Soon after, titan Eren grabbed for Levi, catching him midflight. The titan stared down at the human, as if he knew who it was, but was unsure of what to do.Because all titans have mindf--- moments -
Levi hissed as he went sent off in the opposite direction. He nearly cut off Eren's hand when he was caught, but stopped just before he could. The captain was still tense, ready to cut him down like any other titan if he turned on him. This also meant they'd have to leave as soon as possible. No one was entirely sure why, but titans were especially attracted to Eren when he took this form.
