"I'm not acting like a child! I have the strength to kill them all, I know it! I know it's not a game.. But what's the point of keeping me around if you're not going to let me do anything? What am I here to accomplish-- Owww.." Eren whimpered, pausing through his mini speech as Levi pinched his cheek. It hurt a lot. Of course, he'd been through much worse pain, but that was pretty bad. He pouted, little tears of pain stinging his eyes.
(Eren: My titan booty or my human booty?) -
"I'm not just keeping you around for nothing, but I'm not just going to throw you out to die when you haven't even reached your full potential yet. You need to make sure you can control your titan form, and you'll need to continue practicing with your gear. You can't rely on a titan's body forever." He sighed when the other whined and began to cry a bit. It was heartbreakingly adorable. He used his index finger to wipe the tears of the eye on the side where he pinched the younger's cheek. "Crybaby."
(More likely the human booty. Titan booty's a little big.) -
Eren looked away, puffing out his cheeks to hide the tears. "I'm not a crybaby. I'm acting." It was an obvious lie, but he didn't normally cry over such trivial things. He didn't want Levi to think that he was weak. He wasn't weak! He was strong. And if he wanted to, he could attempt to become a titan right there. The brunette puffed out his chest. Bravely, he said, "I challenge you to a titan killing duel, with only the gear. Right now, heichou!"
(Eren: *sad face*) -
Levi grimaced at the face the other was making. Damn, Eren was cute. But instead wiping his tears, he pinched both of his cheeks, much lighter this time, and gently pulled. A titan killing contest? As tempting as it was to leave the walls and show this kid a thing or two, he'd rather not get killed if they were to end up surrounded. "You really are an idiotic kid. We're scouts. Just because we can kill doesn't mean we go out and do it when we want to."
(I-I'm sure he likes your titan booty, too. He just probably can't reach it.) -
Eren sniffled, holding back more tears. Luckily, it didn't hurt as bad, and so he was able to stop the tears from flowing over. He grunted at Levi's response. "Why not? We'd be doing everyone a favor. We'd be clearing tons of them out in one swipe. Sir, can we please do it..? Please?" Eren made a puppy dog expression- at least, the best he could with his cheeks in slight pain.
(Eren: ..I can pick him up and hold him there. :'D) -
Levi groaned slightly in annoyance. The amount of cute coming from the younger was overflowing. He didn't want to put Eren or himself in any danger, but he didn't want the kid to cry. Releasing his cheeks, he sighed in defeat. "...Fine...Don't cry for me if you get scared and piss yourself. Go get ready, brat. We're leaving in ten."
(...Or you can lay down and he can sit on ya booty.) -
Eren's eyes widened as Levi agreed to his pleas. "Thank you, heichou-- Sir! Thank you!" The young teen ran off to go get ready. When he was out of Levi's sight, he fist pumped the air, a grin on his face. Not only would he going outside, but he'd get to kick some titan ass. It was the best present he could have ever asked for.

The older was already regretting his decision to take the younger outside of the walls, but he wouldn't go back on it now. He didn't feel like hearing Eren's complaints about him going back on his word. Levi didn't doubt his own skill and ability, but if he were to get distracted because Eren was in danger, it could be deadly for one or both of them. The captain took a deep breath and went to prepare his gear, pulling the green cape and hood over his head.

Eren was usually able to get the gear on quickly, but he was too excited to do anything properly. He had to calm down before he was able to successfully get ready. By the time he had gotten the green cape on, he had passed the ten minutes allowed and had to rush to meet Levi.

That darkness was covering over his face as he crouched on top of one of the walls, waiting rather impatiently for the overly excited teen. He could see a few titans roaming around fifty meters below him. He made sure they couldn't see him though as he began to take count of how many their actually were. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. If they were to start swarming...His eyes narrowed at the thought.
(You know who could really take out all the titans?) -
Eren hummed as he started to make his way to the wall. He knew that he had a good chance of losing, but he wanted to try to win all the same. It would be slightly harder seeing as how he had agreed to use only the gear, but if something bad happened, he'd be sure to break the rules of their game in order to save them. Of course, he wasn't even sure if he'd be able to transform, but he'd do his best in case of an emergency.

Levi turned to see the younger climb up with his gear. "About time. I was about to change my mind and leave." I wanted to change my mind earlier, but I was sick of your crying. He thought to himself and carefully stood, looking down. "If you decide to take off on your own, don't die. I'm not a miracle worker so resurrection isn't an option."
(Milord~ He can't die no matter what. So he's perfect to destroy the titans. :D) -
The teenager grunted as he stood up next to Levi. "That's so mean, heichou. But I'm here now. Sorry for the wait." Eren put his hands behind his hands, peering down at the titans. "I'll try to stay close, but I won't promise it. I'll stay alive. Lighten up, won't you?" He paused, counting a few of them before grinning. "Looks like we'll be able to fight 'em off, huh?"

He glared at him. "Don't get cocky, idiot. Let's take out the closest ones first. Titans that are out farther will start to come towards us once they realize we're down there. And always keep your eyes open any that try to sneak up on you. I don't think you'll want to lose any limbs again." Levi stepped up onto the edge, looking for the perfect spot to strike.
(You know it's true~ they try to eat him and he'll just shoot his way out of their bellies.) -
Eren rolled his eyes, but nodded in agreement. "You're right.. Of course. And no, I don't." He moved away from Levi, looking for his own spot to attack from. He knew that Levi was faster than him when it came to using the gear. And it'd be hard to use it in open area. The gears shifted in head as he thought about the best way to approach the b------s.
