"Hmm, my life experiences. Or.. sometimes i write short adventure stories." He replied.

"Adventure stories are exciting. Science fiction or modern adventure?" He really did enjoy stories like that, but he refused to mention his journal just yet. Maybe if their budding friendship went somewhere, he would, but not just now.

"Yes, i agree they are Exciting. And just putting the right kind of plot in, you could fit a nice ending to it and have a interesting climax."Jack responded. He knew a lot about writing, and making stories. Jack also loved reading; If you give him a book, he could probably Finnish it in about a day or so.

Luke's voice was droning out, very unsure of how to respond. All he did was nod politely and proceeded to jam his hands into his pockets. Upon doing so, a very slight blush took over his face, as he was quite embarrassed for not having much to say.

"So. Are you in the process of reading any book? If so, whats the name of it?" Jack asked, breaking the silence in between them.

"I actually started reading The Fault In Our Stars to see what the hype was about, and now I see it. The book is truly moving, well, what I have read of it, so far. How about you?" In fact, Luke had the book settled in his backpack, ready to be finished anytime soon.

"Hmm, I am in the process of reading the Under the Dome series. The book is better than the show, in my opinion." Jack smiled.

"Oh, I have heard of that. I never watched or read it, however. Stephen King doesn't exactly interest me." He bit his lip, wondering if those were the correct words that should have been spoken.

"Its alright. People have their own interests." Jack did not mind that Luke was not interested in Stephen King. In fact, it did not bother him at all.

Luke searched for more words to say, but couldn't, so he automatically felt the need to apologize. "I'm sorry, I'm not very good at this."

"Thats okay." Jack heard the loud ring of the bell for the next class. "Well, seems its time for my history class."

Time for me to hide away until the end of the day. "Yeah, I'll try to catch you after school ends, then." He stood, picking up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder. He neatly pushed the chair in.

Jack stood up and picked up his backpack; putting it over his shoulders then pushing in his chair as well. "Yeah, after school." Jack then waved goodbye then headed out of the lunchroom. He was glad he made a new friend... or so he thought he made a new friend. Jack did not know what Luke though of him.

Luke watched him go off for a short time. Now, he had to figure out how to get back to the boiler room without being caught. He filed out with the rest of the students, slightly jogging to the location of the room. In the act of doing as such, he managed to find his way to the room, heading down.
He made a mistake, however, and hadn't checked to see who was around.
And someone was certainly around. -
Jack arrived at his History class; As he walked through the classroom door, he saw Mrs. Gupta the History teacher. He decided to take a seat by the window, so he can stare outside if he intended to.
