x3 Ohkay.
"Professor..." the cat sat on his shoulder once again. Luke's eyes blinked open. "You are still her" he asked Jack. "People usually leave by now." He huffed, pulling the cat off. -
"Yeah, i am still here. I decided to let you sleep. Besides, if i went back to my house i would have nothing to do." Jack replied.
-
He yawned, sitting up. "Yeah, sorry. I usually fall asleep at day because the night
-
*the night scares me." He sighed, petting Professor. "But that's rude when I have a guest."
-
"Its alright. I talked to your father... He is not THAT bad, but his chronic drinking is what causes him to be abusive. I tried getting him to try to stop drinking, but i am sure he is not even considering my advice." Jack sighs.
-
"He's way worse when no one is here," he turned away, not wanting to look the other in the eyes. It was true, he had the bruises to prove it and the mark on the wall underneath the Skillet poster. He shivered.
-
"Is that so? Hm..." Jack thought for a moment then said "You know, your father said that This is the ONLY place you have to live. So... What if there was a Place you could stay to avoid being here?"Jack Added. Jack thought that Luke could stay at his place for a while or as long as he needs to.
-
"I would run to it, but I would have to get past my a--hole dad." He felt bad for cursing, but bit his top lip. "And I would have to bring Professor."
-
"You could bring Professor. And leave the who, getting past your dad thing to me." Jack already had an idea on how to get past Lukes Father.
-
"Are you saying I can stay with you?" he asked carefully, tilting his head. He felt like he may cry out of joy. No more beatings, nasty alcohol breath, but the depression...That would always be there. But maybe leaving would make things be better,
-
"Yes." Jack replied.
-
He wanted to leap forward and hug him, but didn't, thinking that he wouldn't be allowed to. "Thank you.."
-
"Your welcome. And the Getting past your dad thing will call for an expert. Jakes sister. Basically, she is good at distracting." Jack replied. He already sent a text to Jane, Jakes sister. "Don't worry, she is nice."
Jane walked up to the front door of Lukes house and noticed the door was open. "Time to distract an abusive father..." Jane slowly walked into the house. Jane had long black hair, bright green eyes, and wore a skin tight Black shirt, a black mini skirt and black boots. -
"Is she like...A psychologist or something?" he asked, tilting his head. He never met one, which was probably bad because of all the problems he had because of his mother.
Luke's father, Greg, was in the living room, drinking again. -
"No. She is... good at making conversations, and talking to people." Jack replied.
Jane walked into the living room and saw Greg. "Hey there." She said casually, with a fake smile.
