"That's horrible..." She murmured. "Is there anything I can do?" She doubted there was, but she hated seeing them so upset.

He shook his head lightly. "No Saphirre..." he soon spiraled into a coughing fit, covering his mouth with his hand. Erin looked at her brother in worry.

Saphirre's own expression mirrored Erin's worried one. "I have him some cough medicine already, but it hadn't done much yet." She told her. "Daniel, you should go back to sleep."

Daniel waved them both off and coughed more. Erin pulled out a thing of small pills, holding them out to him. He took them dry and his eyes fluttered as he fell forwards. Erin caught him. "Whoa big guy. Lets go to sleep."

Saphirre smiled slightly and helped a now-limp Daniel back onto the couch. She turned to Erin. "Are you hungry?" The smell of spaghetti was wafting in from the kitchen.

Erin nodded lightly and followed the smell, walking into the kitchen. "Mhm...smell like mom's cooking..." she mumbled lightly. "I mean... the smell."

Saphirre smiled, glad it smelled good to Erin. That meant she hadn't messed up. She handed her a bowl of spaghetti and took another for herself. She placed a third bowl out in case Daniel did wake up again.

Erin grabbed Daniel's bowl and put it into the microwave. "There so he can heat it up later." She went back to her bowl and started eating her spaghetti happily.

Saphirre nodded. "Right." She sat down and started to eat as well, surprised and pleased that it didn't taste horrible.

Erin finished hers and brought the plate to the sink, stopping for a moment and searching her pockets, her eyes widened. "M-my pills...I-I don't h-have my p-pills."

Saphirre stood up and took Erin's hands in hers. "Calm down, it'll be okay. We can go back and get them, alright?" She was a little worried, if Erin got sick again without her pills, Saphirre wouldn't be able to help her.

Erin shook her head. "No, no, no those men are still there looking around. D-daniel will have to run and get them." She hugged herself and kept shaking her head.

"He can't, he's sick..." Saphirre protested. "Let me go. Just tell me how to get to your house and where the pills are." She could get in and out quickly and quietly, grabbing the pills and leaving hopefully before she was spotted.

Erin shook her head at Saphirre. "They'll catch you. They almost caught me. Please I'll go to the pharmacy near here. T-they know I forget my medications some time. I-I'll be back soon." Erin ran out of the apartment and sprinted..

Saphirre called out for her to wait, but she'd already left the apartment. She was torn between staying and leaving, but ultimately chose to follow Erin out of the apartment. If she started coughing and getting sick on the way to the pharmacy, Saphirre wanted to be tree to help her.
