He smiled down at her and chuckled lightly. "I better get you back inside huh?" He picked her up like he did earlier by throwing her on his shoulder and carried her back to the apartment, laughing mostly the way there.

Saphirre didn't struggle, just laughed softly as he carried her. She still felt absolutely freezing, although her skin was hot to the touch. But she wasn't focused on her sickness right now. She was focused on Danile. "Daniel, I'm sorry for...earlier. I swear it really wasn't your fault."

He glanced at her and smiled a bit more, placing her down near the door if the apartment. "It wasn't your fault either Saphirre." He grabbed her hands and blinked lightly, lifting one of his hands to her forehead. "You're burning up..." he mumbled lightly and opened the door, seeing Erin on the couch. He smiled and ruffled her hair, causing the girl to fuss as he went to grab the medicine for Saphirre.

"No, I'm cold..." She protested, hugging his jacket around herself and shivering slightly. She stepped into the apartment and saw Erin. "How are you feeling?" She asked with a shy smile. "I'm glad to see you awake."

Erin mumbled lightly. "I'm fine, thanks for shoving the pill down my throat." She was eating a package of crackers and nibbling on them lightly. Daniel finally got the medicine and put some of it on a spoon.

"Sorry I wasn't too gentle...I was really scared for you, and when you wouldn't take it the first time I didn't know what else to do..." She eyed the medicine with distaste, but knew Daniel would probably force her if she didn't take it.

Erin shrugged. "Daniel usually has to pin me down to take that pill." Daniel saw her look of distaste and opened her mouth, tilting the spoon so the medicine would go down her throat.

Saphirre grimaced, but swallowed. "Ugh..." She groaned, trying to rid the supposedly grape taste from her mouth.

He smiled a bit. "Sorry...but I have to say you're better than Erin taking her medicine." Erin frowned and turned to look at them. "You jerk, I hate those freaking pills."

Saphirre frowned. "Why? They help don't they?" She asked, curling up on the couch and taking off his jacket, stretching her wings out slightly.

Erin blinked lightly and held herself back. "Because they are a pain in the ass to swallow." Her eye twitched a bit and she jumped Saphirre, pulling at her wings. "How the hell does this happen?!" Daniel panicked and picked his sister up off Saphirre.

Uh...OH WAIT OH was it Zoey? :3)
Saphirre yelped, blushing, and quickly folded her wings behind her. "H-Hey!" She hopped off the couch and stood up. "You can look if you want, but they're a little sensitive, so please...don't pull." She turned around and spread her wings out for Erin to examine. -

He let go of his sister and Erin walked over to Saphirre. She tugged one of her feathers off and held onto it. "Wow...they're real." She blinked lightly and tilted her head. "How the hell does this happen?" Daniel came up with an idea in his head and grinned a bit. -
Coolio! *is proud I got something right*)
Saphirre sighed. "A lot of complicated breeding and experimenting." She explained shortly, fluttering her wings a little. She saw Daniel's grin and gave him a questioning look. -
*pats your head* she'll show up again soon. She still doesn't know Saphirre is her daughter though. :P)
Erin frowned lightly, understanding she got the short answer. "Oh hey Daniel, dad called. He's coming to pick me up and probably ground me so...I'll be out soon." His grin went away and he patted his sister's head. "I'm sorry."
