"Afraid? Of me?" Saphirre brought her knees up and hugged them to her chest. "I-I didn't mean to upset him, and now I can't even apologize."

The woman pursed her lips. "Dear not scared of you, scared of himself." she sighed lightly. "You'll be able to apologize dear, give him some time to think. He'll run back and probably rush an apologize."

Saphirre sighed and nodded. "I hope so..." She stood up. "I-I should probably go...thanks for listening."

The woman smiled lightly, a piece of platinum blonde hair fell in front of her eye. "Youre welcome hon." She got up and started walking. "Good luck with your boyfriend."

"Thanks." Saphirre smiled softly and stood up, walking in the direction she was fairly sure the apartment was in.

Daniel was walking in the direction Saphirre was going, but was ahead of her. He still looked upset and was cursing under his breath about how stupid and pathetic he was.

Saphirre spotted him, but hesitated. She started to walk a little faster, trying to keep quiet so he didn't bolt again. She still felt guilty for making him so upset.

He was too lost in thought to hear her come up behind him. "I'm an idiot..." he mumbled lightly as he kept walking.

"D-Daniel...?" She asked softly, sounding almost broken. "P-Please don't run again..." She begged quietly.

He stopped and turned to look at her, feeling worse seeig how broken she looked. "I-I don't want you to have more memories show up because of me Saphirre." he sighed lightly. "'m just like them..."

She shook her head. "No, you're not like th-them. Y-You wouldn't hurt me, right?" She asked with wide eyes. "I know you wouldn't. I love you and trust you and that wasn't your fault."

He stayed quiet whe she said she loved him. Those three words echoed in his mind. He was truthfully an idiot, he couldn't even say those three words back to her, scared to even hear those words form from his mouth.

Saphirre, hearing no reply, took a step back. "B-But if you really don't want to risk anything than I-I can just leave you alone." She said quietly, glancing down. She turned away slightly and tried-but failed- to hold back a weak cough. She was still sick, and though the thought of going back to the warm apartment was perfect, if Daniel wanted her gone she would listen. -
He grabbed her wrist gently and pulled her close to him. He hugged her and sighed lighlty. "It would kill me inside if you did leave me alone." He mumbled lightly into her hair, loud enough for her to hear. "I-I love you too." he was glad he finally was able to get the words out of his mouth finally.

Saphirre hugged him back tightly, closing her eyes and trying not to let on how relieved she was. She loved Daniel so much, and leaving him would kill her inside.
