He then started cleaning up the shards off the ground.

When the transformation finished, she laid there, groaning in pain.

He blinked when he heard someone groan in pain. He walked to the bathroom door and knocked. "Lottie...?"

"Nate? Uh... Don't come in. I'm... uh..." She did her best to cover herself. The transformation had resulted in her having a long, bluish fish tail similar to that of a mermaid, webbed fingers, a set of thick, red ram horns that curved around her ear and down to her chin, and entirely yellow eyes with thin slits for pupils. It wasn't cute like the previous night's.

"Lottie are you okay?" He about started to open the door.

She looked over at the door. Fortunately all she had to cover was her upper chest, and her arms did a decent job of that. She didn't answer him. "Just... don't run away."

"What do you mean by..." He opened the door fully and his eyes widened a bit.

Her expression changed to shame when she saw his eyes widen. "I... I told you you shouldn't come in."

He looked her over, not looking scared, just concerned. "Are you...okay?"

"This happens every night. I'm used to it." The tail, longer than her normal legs, hung out the side of the tub.

He nodded and went back into the room. He grabbed a small blanket or what he supposed was a small blanket, it looked torn to bits. He then walked back and covered her top half.

"Thanks," she muttered, trying to keep it from getting wet. "You know, I'm probably not dependent on water tonight, otherwise I'd be suffocating. If you grabbed me a towel and helped me out I don't need to be in here."

He nodded again and grabbed a towel. He then helped her up carefully.

She awkwardly held onto him, since she couldn't stand, doing her best to use magic to wrap the towel around herself.

He then picked her up bridal style, so she couldn't really stand or walk, bringing her out of the bathroom. He stayed silent through the whole thing.
