He shrugged lightly. "I think people could handle it. I mean one day magic will be everywhere and accepted." He frowned. "I was comfortable."

She shrugged. "I doubt it. You're a good person, Nate." She leaned down and kissed his forehead.

He blushed lightly and smiled. "I guess Im a good person."

"Definitely," she muttered, smiling at him. Ugh, there had to be a catch to him. He had to already be married, or was planning on stealing her palace or killing her. There was no way a guy could be this great.

He blinked and looked at her. "Something is on your mind Lottie, what is it?"

"Nothing," she replied simply.

He rolled his eyes and moved closer to her. "You're lying Lottie."

"How can you be so flawless?" she asked, giving up on keeping it from him.

He tilted his head. "And what do you mean by that?"

"There must be some reason you can put up with me. There's no way you could be this perfect." She fell back onto the bed, regretting it a bit because of the horns, and stared up at the ceiling.

"There isnt a reason I put up with you. Youre just a great person to be around and I would have died if you didnt open the doors to your castle. Im not really...perfect. I have my imperfections." He lied back onto the bed and sighed.

"Really? What are those imperfections then? Because you seem perfect." She yawned.

He laughed. "Well I'm not very smart, I can't play an instrument, I read alot, I have a problem of getting lost and....Thats all I can think of for now."

She sighed. "You get lost. That's the only bad thing.

He looked at her. "Tell that to my village. everyone is great at something important. Me...Im just a farmer. nothing very important there."
