He didn't, but walked alongside her protectively.

"Pf. I can't believe this..." She walked furiously.

"Next time, shoot all three," he said. Part of him now felt the need to protect her.

She rolled her eyes. "Yeah. Where are we going?"

"Well, you can't take care of yourself, it seems..." He looked at her.

She looked away from him. "Whatever. Where are we walkin to?"

"My own home," he answered.

She didn't say anything and followed.

"You know how some humans work for us, don't you?" he asked.

"Yeah...sucks- Wait. I'm not going to work for your ass."

"I'm not expecting you to, but I'm asking you to act like you are." She wouldn't have been alone here unless the had to.

She sighs. "Okay. But another question... Why are you helping me?.."

"You're a bit... different. You seem lost. And I've saved your ass twice, I feel like I need to help you, to an extent."

She pouted. "Just bring me to your house already."
