She smiled. "You can put two S in my name. Well it's how it's spelled anyways, but I don't really care." She pointed at the stuff bellow it. "my name in your language I'm guessing?"

He nodded. "You should try writing it."

She blew some hair out of her face and tried writing her name in his language the best she could, it didn't come out as neat as his, but it was an accomplishment.

He smiled. "What's your surname?"

"My surname? Hm...well I was actually able to chose that. My full name is Cassandra Bell Wood." She turned to him. "Why do you ask?"

He smiled. "Those are actual words. They're easy." He wrote Cassie Bell Wood out on the paper.

It took him a bit longer to figure out Cassandra in its entirety, though. -
*terrible at remembering what surname is. So sorry about that.
She watched him as he did that and tried to copy it. -
He smiled and watched her write. "That's good. I can read it easily."

She blinked and smiled back. "Thanks. It's...easy after I watch you do it once. I'm a fast learner at some things."

"That's good. Maybe you could write in English, I'll write it, then translate it and write it again, then you can write the translation? That way I'll get to practice writing in English and you can practice writing in Slaorian." He flipped to a new page, since the current one was pretty full.

She nodded lightly. "That sounds just fine." She started writing random phrases for him on the next page, leaving him enough room to write under it.

He began to write, stopping every now and then to consider a word he hadn't really had to translate before.

She watched him carefully and wrote on the page when she needed to. Her handwriting looked perfect next to his, but he was getting better.

He could already tell his writing was improving. He smiled at her.
